I ordered 4 action figures from Entertainment Earth hoping to receive at least 2 mint boxes and they packed all 4 into one small box that arrived looking like an accordion from being smashed in shipping. The figures are ruined. They refuse to refund me even after sending multiple pictures and told me that because I ordered four they do not refund any order over 3 of an item. I have never been punished by any company for spending more money with them before now. Entertainment Earth refuses to admit that these figures never should have left the warehouse in such a poorly packed box that was entirely too small. They claim that they have a "mint condition guarantee" but they do not. They cant even spend the extra money to pack items properly let alone honor any guarantee. They took me for 100.00 don't let them take you too. BEWARE!
Talk about a first impression! My last order was in January, got put on back order, and now is expected to be shipped in September. I'll suffice with an incomplete collection at this point. There are plenty of other reliable websites.

I recently made my first purchase from Entertainment Earth and in total purchased 7 Funko Pops. One of those pops came in the mail with shipping damage. I contacted their customer support and they took care of the issue and was a great overall experience. Issues can happen with any business but its how they handle those issues. Could not recommend enough.

I placed an order, was told it would not ship till October, well it shipped sooner they took the money with no heads up! I tried to contact them through email and phone to cancel before it shipped, no luck! No response to anything. Do they even have a customer service department? I sent the email a week before the item shipped! I tried chat and calling during business hours. Nothing at all!

I've ordered form this website a few times only because some stuff is exclusive but their "release date" will get pushed back. Some items took over a year to get to me. Some things I just ended up cancelling and buying somewhere else. Don't order if you expect your stuff

I placed a preorder for an item right when it first got put up with in a day or 2. Now the item was supposed to be here and I've seen it at target and Walmart in February 23. It is now October 23 and now arrives in January 24. I've looked for the item from other places but they say it has been discontinued and this is the last piece to finish a set my kid loves.

Just horrible terms and customer service. They keep accepting preorders even if they do not have stock guarantee. You order lots of items but only get one item and they'll still charge you the full shipping fee.

Every item I've gotten from entertainment earth has been heavily damaged. Creases crushed bubbles clear plastic has so many scratches on it. You can't even see the item they tossed the item in a box with some crumble paper around it and literally wad the packing slip up and throw it on top. Can't even fold it. Neatly send items back for refund. End up paying my own shipping to send it back I've had several orders one or two. I wanted to cancel so they canceled all of them. Doesn't matter anyway, they'll just send me a bunch of crap

I've written positive reviews for entertainment earth but things have changed over there. Be careful of Donald. He has the worst customer service rep over there. There used to be a higher level of mint condition guarantee at entertainment earth but their standards and customer service have taken a huge dive. I calculate $150 to resell their items at a loss. To the owner of entertainment earth, Jason. No need to reach out. Donald gave an attitude, was rude so there's sno reason for me to make orders over there. I would've been fine returning the sealed items and never buying again parting ways on good terms but I do not agree with taking tons of photos of the paint issues and then possibly being rejected after doing all that work. Too much of a hassle and definitely not a hassle free experience.

They will get your orders wrong and not give a $#*!. So far 3 orders have been messed up. All was supposed to be glow/chase funko pops but instead they send regular ones I'm starting to believe they don't have any glows or chase funko it's a lie to rob you
