The actually customer service of the owners is AWEFUL! They sent several verbally abusive emails even tho they were in the wrong. Filed claim with Ebay but owners used person email address instead of ebay so there was nothing ebay could do. Paid regular shipping and express shipping and product didnt go out on time as promised. Filed claim with PayPal but they don't handle shipping claims. Product wasn't great quality. Printing was cute but not centered.

I was not impressed by this site at all. I received my order, to find out that the order was not complete. I needed the invites fast because the party was in two weeks. I ordered the invites on 12/20/09 and rec'd them on 01/07/2010. It was back and forth with the font issue stating that I would have to send them the font I wanted because they had to many. They are the expert. The site should let you create what and how you want the invite to look finally the invites were approved. I ordered matching stamps and did not receive them. I emailed the company and they stated "they forgot to tell me that they were ordered from a 3rd party and they were on their way" The day I got the invites is the day I sent them off. I received an email stating there was nothing that could be done, and I should have waited for a response before sending the invites. I did not like the customer service, the print is cute but the paper is cheap. The envelopes had stains on them at the bottom. The only good thing was that the company offered to send me more envelopes or credit my account for how many envelopes had been damaged. I will not be using this site again.
