I want to give less than a one star. This company tried to take my money and not provide the product. Then they got rude and aggressive when I demanded a refund. And my poor dog suffered the entire time while I tried to straightened this scam out. Lesson here just go to the local vet and support local american business so that you get what you need for your beloved family pet.
I too, like the man who bought the Revolution, found it to be completely ineffective. I phoned them to let them know(not much interest) and the woman on the phone told me to send it back for a credit. She gave me a post box number. I sent back $90 worth of Revolution, having used the other box to find it completely useless.
That was 4 months ago and never heard back or got a refund. Trying to ring them numerous times, but looks like phone is off the hook. Avoid this company.

Got the 12 doses of Revolution, which is a flea medication that we have used for years and applied it to 8 cats. I noticed a strong scent of alcohol. So I gave a dose to a lab tech who reported that it was rubbing alcohol with other trace elements. We got ripped off for $159.55. Do Not Make the same mistake.
I have been ordering "Advantage" for my dog many times from VetShopAustralia and on each occasion it arrived safely within a few days of ordering. The tracking system is also great.

Purchased a 12 month supply of Heartgard Plus Heartworm Chewables for Medium Dogs 26-50lbs 12 pack (Green) (12 chews). When the package arrived the expiration date on the package was in two months! Contacted Vet Shop Max and told them about receiving the product that was due to expire in 2 months and they told me there was nothing they would do about it. No exchanges, No refunds as that is their policy! I followed up (this time with an email) and another representative a day later told me they were not going to do anything about it.
I filed a credit card dispute and will get my Dogs de-wormer elsewhere, but BE AWARE, these folks are not the caring pet company they claim to be! Very bad experience!
