Each year this has been a great experience. The app is easy to use and the customer service is great. They respond quickly and offer the help you need to be satisfied with your ESA animal. I would have to say it has been great to work with everyone here.
Support Pets was user friendly and had a quick turnaround. Knowing now that my girl is now officially an ESA, it gives me peace of mind when I take her places with me. We've never had any issues but that thought seemed to creep in when we were out in public. Thank you!

They were very friendly and supportive. I cannot wait to start taking my best friend with me. Also the whole process only took 10 minutes and then an extremely short period of time to receive my letter. All in all it was a great experience.

After doing some research on several different sites offering ESA approval letters, I chose Support Pets because it was more affordable than the comps. I was a little skeptical, but I received my letters within 24 hours and the Dr. was local. I go tomorrow to finalize the application process to an apartment that says pet friendly, but has a weight restriction that would prevent my pet from living there. I hope there is no issues when I present her this ESA letter! I will post a follow up review…

Overall, the experience was quite positive. I learned a great amount about support pets and about the laws related to them. My only negative comment is that the prompts were a bit too aggressive with respect to selling additional products. (I did actually purchase another product and am finding it totally informative and useful.)

This experience was fast and easy gave me all the information needed and help me attain proper training for my dog so not only are they a emotional support animal, but a psychiatric service animal as well thank you so much!

I find myself being in a position that requires a move to a less expensive apartment. With the health issues I have, not being able to bring my two cats would be the end of me. I'm retired and newly disabled, so several hundred dollar fee plus cat rent is much more than I can manage. My ESA documents allow me to have my support system with me.

Overall, I was very impressed with the process of registering my dog as an ESA. I thought it would be a much more involved and time-consuming process. I did get a little confused since I thought the $99 fee covered everything, but apparently there are extra costs for the additional upgrades. It is still very worth it to me though, but maybe the costs could be broken down a little more clearly in advance. Thank you.
