I've ordered 2 items and paid full amount, but ended up with receiving only 1 item - cheaper one. Numerous calling and sending e-mails, no response at all! They don't pick up phones, don't call me back, don't reply to my emails...

Update afterwards - They dispatched the missing item later, but without any e-mail response or calling me back. Eventually no financial harm to me, but only making me freaked out for 3 days, at the same time, let me experience to find how much helpless I am with possible wrong internet transactions...
Odered one item and received different item from another vendor that was less expensive and essentially useless to me. Tried to contact Underbid, but did not receive a reply...
I will never use this company again!
Underbid is just a reseller site, but there is no way to tell this before you pay. They make no effort to know if their seller has the item. The in stock number is completely bogus. I didn't receive my item, didn't get notified that it wouldn't be coming, didn't receive any replies to three emails. DO NOT use this site: it is a complete FRAUD.
No support, no communication, even the listed e-mail support address bounces e-mail.
2 weeks payment, the site still shows the vendor has not even shipped the item, contacting vendor by e-mail and phone was futile.
The inability to contact the underbid site, means they will not get my business ever again.
