I have had a Fi Tracker for my dog since he was a pup. We started out with Series 2 and progressed to Series 3. Initially, the Fi 3 had its bugs. That being said, Fi quickly exterminated all bugs in their system and surpassed my expectations for Fi Series 3. The addition of LIVE phone support for the Series 3 and the Lost Dog Mode truly leveled this tracker up above the rest. I live in an area where, at times, in some areas, WIFI is tricky. Despite this, Fi accurately shows me where my pup is at all times. When I did need support early on, Fi's customer support was phenomenal. I don't say this lightly, as having 35+ years experience in high-end customer support in various fields, I am a stickler for seamless, courteous, and knowledgeable support. Fi's support team is, bar none, some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. In particular, team members "Rene" and "Megan" are stand outs. If you want a guaranteed way to know where your dog is should he or she ever decide to to go a'wondering, you need this device.
