Durham NC, can't keep crickets alive, sometimes limited of 25 other times none. Seen chameleon die do to poor maintenance. Would not trust a reptile buy from them.

On November 27 2024 a groomer at the Lynchburg VA wards rd store seriously clipper burn my puppy Milo private parts that had him howling in pain. I called the store and the mam who answered did not have a clue of what to do after speaking to some of the groomers. Had to take my puppy to the Animal Emergency Critical Care. They documented the puppy clipper burn was causing his pain and had to give him pain meds.sent complaint to *******@petsmart.com got a reply saying. That email is no longer active Called *******638 after a 20min the person transferred me to AAA auto # after hearing my complaint. A joke on me I believe. Lynchburg groomer did not have the decency to call and ask how my dog is doing awful disrespectful customer support

I was sent a warm medicine that needed to be kept cold. Unsafe and usable. Petsmart would not give a refund. So I lost money and my cat did not have his medicine. Supervisor was ultra rude. You deserve better. Save yourself the headache. Use Chewy instead, they are great.

Used Petsmart auto ship for dog food. Just received 2 bags where I noticed the best used by date was April 2023! It's February 2024. That is disgusting so will never purchase from Petsmart as a company who can sell you something all most a year past fresh date. Stay away from Petsmart they are poisoning our pups!

I set an appointment for a grooming for my dog Baloo, it was to be a a bathing, teeth and nails. I'm highly disappointed after spending $63 from a corporations and to pick up my dog smelling the same as I dropped him off.

Stopped by PetSmart and asked for a price for trim and wash. Quoted $88.00. Dropped off dog and got call that due to heavy matting behind ears they would have to cut that area close and it would cost a little more. I went to pick up dog and they had shaved him. Then I went to cash register and they charged $154. To me that is more than a little more for what looks terrible.

Apparently your dog has to smile nice if they want a grooming appt. We have been taking our dog to the Blaine mn store for grooming for years! Out of the blue. We were told by Lisa she couldn't groom our dog because he was shaking. Pardon me but our dog would shake each and every time we brought him for a groom. What was different this time? I'll tell you! Lisa wanted to go home. She wanted to collect her pay check and just sit on her butt! She was rude condescending and pitiful! Our daughter is a vet and she has NEVER heard of such an idiotic excuse not to groom a dog. Good luck pet smart I will make sure my family and friends never spend money at your store again.
