TOTALLY USELESS!

The only reason I gave it a one star is because they didn't have a ZERO STAR rating! It lists when item is picked up and from there, you get nothing but the very first mention. I have used UPS, FedEx and numerous others and they work well, but this joke is TOTALLY USELES! Don't EVEN waste your time...

What a crap

I wish there was zero star
They got my shipment as express and once package return due to lithium battery (which they didt warn the sender), they returned it via regular mail. It has been 15 days and i still haven't got my package, called support dozen times, and they are saying we cannot tell you when you will have you package. Tracking site is just only show ls where is your package and doesn't tell you the estimated arrival date and time. Now the package has been arrived to my city in Atlanta, but they are holding the package for 5 days in package sorting center which also been told by them is not open to public. Stay away from them l, don't ship your packages folks with usps

They loose your stuff and just say o well. Worst no wonder they are broke. I been waiting 2 weeks and nothing. The lady that brings mail omg I thought she was gonna kill me just for a question what a joke

Poor service

It's been over a week since I ordered some items that are like 2 hours away from my town, how the $#*! does it take more than 5 days to deliver in 2 hours away destination.
Also the tracking information is not accurate, the tracking history is fake and not updated.
Usps sucks...

Awful experience

Pathetic...nobody knows anything. Package has been in transit for weeks. No one has put in any effort to help resolve the fact my package is missing still.what's the point of tracking a package if it can't be found?

The Pony Express from the west coast of America to Missouri was a little over 10 days by Horseback. The USPS from the west coast to Missouri is already over 10 days and it hasn't arrived yet. Don't use the post office if it absolutely needs to get there on time. It can not be done.

What tracking?
February 27, 2024

Everyday mail delivery(letters) is great, no issues but package delivery + tracking is just terrible. USPS 3 day Priority Packages delivery means NOTHING. They say deliver up to 3 days (not guaranteed), been waiting for 7 days and still nothing. Looking at tracking, my package instead of going to my address, went in opposite direction and for past three days, there is no update and no info about whereabouts, all it says is that it is moving within network, MOVING WHERE? Clueless employees that do not care, "collect a paycheck" type and go home.
Do yourself a favor, if you're sending a package and/or are receiving one, use UPS or Fedex.

So my package was supposed to be here on December 26th, never received it so I waited and waited a week later now still nothing!? No tracking update no contact at all tried calling got no where election rigging mother fcksrs don't work for $#*! unless it's to help pedo joe Biden steal and election fck you usps you are complete garbage and sht

The USPS in this area makes up their own open, closing, tracking rules. Sometimes several locations will decide to close early with no warning; there is often one person working in a station with a line of 20+ people. They may or may not show scans to let you know the status of a package, and there is always that one, angry, disgruntled employee who appear to hate their job, and shows it… I have found this to be universal in every station visited in this area… they also have very good employees who are very helpful in stations, but, the erratic hours, lack of package, data tracking (no scans), packages lost for days, inability to reach anyone via phone or obtain information from the website makes this the WORST PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCY I have to deal with on a regular basis.

According to the USPS website my package was sent out for delivery over 2 WEEKS AGO and it has still not arrived. So I need to know where it is and called *******777 and came up against an automated system.

I have so far spent over 15 minutes trying to get the USPS automated phone system to accept the tracking number. It can never understand what I am telling it and I am getting to the point where I would like to strangle it. It is now 18 minutes in and the system has finally decided that it will let me talk to a human being... albeit there will be a 20 minute wait. My blood pressure feels like it's going through the roof.

This is the WORST automated system I have EVER encountered. Can I not give this review ZERO STARS?
