My package has been delayed over three weeks. While being in a location 30mins from me. Called support multiple times, only to have them lie to me and avoid responsibility. Literally the worst delivery service in our country. 10/10 do not recommend. Avoid at all costs. A blind dog at the post office would deliver your packages faster in a hurricane
I was hit be a driver hauling a ~50 foot FedEx trailer going westbound on the 401 and sustained extensive damage to my vehicle the morning of Jan 28 2025 in the Whitby/Ajax area between 05:00-05:30. I've obtained a Collision Police Report and filed case# C-179011349 with FedEx. My hope is that my casefile is placed in high priority and suggest you review your recruitment policies for the drivers contracted out by FedEx to ensure the safety of our roads. FedEx says they delivered two packages to a commercial business after hours on a Friday. The packages total over $1,000 and were not at the location on Monday morning. FedEx says they are not responsible for reimbursement, since the shipper did not request them to be signed for and they have delivery time lines to meet. Why would the driver deliver the packages after the business was closed, to sit outside all weekend?
Ordered a two canopy and a leaf blower from Walmart. FedEx delivered two of the three items. They sent back the third item stating they could not deliver it. Mind you, the other two items were all being delivered to the same address. So you found the correct address for two, but could not deliver the third item. It was during the holidays so I assumed the delivery driver was too lazy to deliver.
Always disappointed with FedEx with no other better alternatives. The main problem of giant companies is that they do not have real competitors. They really do not care what people think. Therefore, they mistreat people and no one can do anything about it because there are no alternatives.
Today and yesterday my package was out for delivery. Never received it. Then FedEx comes up with some fabricated lie about the delivery. Must be what FedEx trains there less than educated employees. Maybe FedEx is bringing illegals into the United States so they can work for them as slave laborers. Certainly would not surprise me. FedEx used to be great. Worst of all delivery companies.
I am extremely disappointed with FedEx's refusal to provide a written statement confirming that the shipping label associated with my purchase is invalid. Despite multiple calls and requests, FedEx insists on only sharing this information verbally, making it impossible for me to document the claim or pursue a proper dispute with my credit card company. This lack of official written communication has hindered my ability to seek any resolution. FedEx's dismissive and unhelpful stance is unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation. I strongly urge others to exercise caution when relying on FedEx for accurate, documented support in similar cases.
My shipment was late due to a software glitch. I go to the Fedex website as soon as the invoice is available (note I can only dispute the invoice once its available), I click on the invoice to dispute it and what happens...the site says its too late to dispute as its been over 15 days since shipment. Its a fraud! I call up customer service and they want me to call an international number to chase the money that is owed to me. They are terrible!

I feel compelled to share my catastrophic experience with this delivery service, which is undoubtedly the worst service I have ever had the misfortune of using. If you're looking for a prime example of incompetence, negligence, and a complete lack of respect for customers, look no further—you've found it.
Here's what happened: After receiving my package, I was asked to provide documents for customs clearance. I immediately sent the required paperwork, thinking it would speed up the process. Big mistake. After more than 10 days of waiting, I was finally given the transit fees to pay. I made the transfer without delay, believing it would put an end to this nightmare. Once again, I was wrong.
Two weeks have passed since I paid the 720 DH they demanded, and guess what? NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. No package, no updates, no tracking. Just radio silence. For 720 DH, I get a service that amounts to pure incompetence. It's simply outrageous.
I am extremely angry and deeply disappointed. How can they charge such high fees for such a terrible service? How can they justify this complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers? This service is a disgrace, a blatant organized scam.
I strongly advise against using this service if you want to receive your package within a reasonable timeframe—or even receive it at all. If you want to avoid wasting your time, money, and patience, run away from this service like the plague.

Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
