Loved this concert! Can't wait to see The Killers again. Hard Rock Sac Wheatland has a venue that can host 2500. So much better than a large arena. Casino employees were very well trained. We were impressed!
A little leary using an app I'd never used for Super Bowl tickets. However, prices were great without added fees and the tailgate that was included was fun as well. Tickets received a few days before the game and we had no issues whatsoever. Will use TickPick again!
The tickets came to me a few days before, so we were set. Once again, a great view from our seats. There's not a bad seat in the Toyota Center. Now if there was a way to guarantee a Rockets win every time we go, that would be awesome. Other than that, everything else was perfect.
You have the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought tickets and when I went to transfer them I was told that they had already been claimed by another email. Frustrated with what was happening I called customer service and spoke with Jerome who told me that if I did not receive the tickets I would get tickets in the same section or the next best thing. Hours later I receive an email saying that now my order has been canceled due to a pricing error. This is not my fault the app and seller approved the price and it was advertised as the best deal on the app. Now I just spoke with customer service again this time Ariana who told me there was nothing they could do except my refund then she changed it to $40 credit then it went up to $70. There is obviously something they can do better than that to be equal to the area of my seats if they keep going up so why not tell me that in the first place. Now I am waiting for a call back.

Bought tickets the morning of the show. Behind the stage but not labeled as obstructed view. Was skeptical but pulled the trigger. Hands down the best seats I've ever had. We were about 150 feet from the piano and had an awesome view of the entire show. Even got to see the port o potty just offstage where Billy went midway through the show.
Overall, my experience with TickPick was great! The purchasing process was smooth, and I appreciated the no-hidden-fees pricing. The tickets were delivered as promised, but receiving them within 24 hours of the event was a bit nerve-wracking. It all worked out in the end, but earlier delivery would provide more peace of mind.
