I purchased tickets for the Golden State Ballet Nutcracker for me and my daughters. Turns out I purchased for the wrong date.
I tried to contact customer service and unlike other sites, Ticketmaster, AXE, Stubhub, they were literally nowhere to be found. Somehow through two days of persistence, I found an angle.
Unlike other sites, I could just third party sell them. I had to go through their site and it's one I have never heard of. This, I was unable to sell 7 tickets that were in high demand and electronically deliverable because Event Tickets took my listing down a day ahead claiming that they wanted to give buyers enough time to obtain tickets. They are electronically delivered!
So now I am out $1100 and nobody is getting to use the site as there is not even an option to transfer the tickets to friends for free. Few options and difficult to navigate. I got screwed and I'm not a novice user.
This site is horrible. If you see it, walk away.
SCAM! BEWARE! I didn't look close enough when I searched for an event and accidentally clicked on event ticket center's site, thinking it was the venue's ticket selling site. I overpaid by $130 per ticket! No luck getting my money back. Lesson learned.
After over a half an hour of passwords and codes I think I need to go to Ticketmaster website and try to get tickets with a bar code. So far not successful! I am exhausted from the ludicrous experience.

I bought tickets, got email that payment did not get through and they were cancelled. Called support - they said no, tickets were issued. Have not seen the tickets, need to download some app to retrieve them. Million unnecessary steps and calls, would not recommend.
Site is opaque. Not upfront that it is a resale site. Strange restrictions on having to buy tickets in pairs. Hidden fees are very hidden and are very high, ~25% of total. I will not recommend this service to anyone.
It was fine. I really don't have anything to say, but this is bugging me that you're forcing me to do something just to let you know I got my tickets and I already have it them downloaded in my Apple.
Ticket pricing was in USD but the final "safety" cost was in CAD. Didn't realize the difference and ended up paying more than I should have. Would have been better just to go through Ticketmaster. Prices were higher and there's no returns even when I wanted to cancel 5 minutes after ordering.
Costumer service was good but they still wouldn't return my money and cancel the order. If I had paid 8 CAD for each ticket I could have cancelled the large USD price. Stupid system, not impressed.
First of all, should be all CAD prices.
Second, there should be even a 10 minute return policy, because I could have accidentally gone through with it before double checking.
Third, just use Ticketmaster because that's where you'll get the ticket in the end anyways.
I can't believe you guys are triple charging for tickets i bought for the first time tickets from you my tickets cost me 92.00 each and my friend buy her ticket next day in the same section than us and pay 35.00 per ticket that is insane. I can't believe I pay 250.00 For two tickets when the right price is less than 100.00. Scam scam scam

Confusing when you asked if I "received my order!". I did not know what this meant. I had not received my tickets yet but you told me the tickets would not be sent until March 27. I did receive confirmation email of my purchase. I am presuming that you were asking if I received that confirmation email. Yes I did receive confirmation email and am now waiting for tickets.
The site is very secure and the process is very safe. I got my tickets in about 24 hours. Make sure you have Google wallet or something similar. Can't print the tickets. My only real compliant is I got charge processing fees of $23.00 per ticket! That is crazy! That is 44% of the price of the original ticket! Yeesh
