Do I Iist date Ticketmaster says tickets are available OR because the the purchaser of my tickets will get an email that explains when tickets print

Yes, you would want to list your tickets for a delivery date (In-Hand date) which would directly reflect the day the tickets are available for transferring, listed on Ticketmaster.
