Beware of this processor, they will hold your settlements and give you absolutely no updates on when you will get your funds. They have done this to us several times during a 3 year period and we were under their mercy waiting for when they will transfer our funds we were helpless just waiting to receive our funds which affected our operation and financial planning. Their customer support is useless as they wont give you any useful information. I don't know how they are still a licensed processor by Visa and Mastercard.
I have a very bad experience, after i got my account verified and i started receiving payment from my customers, just two weeks and they closed my account and told me that you can take your funds after 540 days, without any reasons. And no support.
I have a billed a couple of times on tap payments. One transfer came to my bank account with no problems. When I cashed out the second time the money never reached my account, and they promised to return it to my wallet but even that never happened.
This is a SCAM company. STAY AWAY!
I warn you from the tap. Company, they are thieves, a group of thieves, they will loot your money under the pretext that they will review your account, this situation will continue for months and may not return it to you at all, I am now in this situation, I contact with them daily, and they lie every day and tell me Someone will contact me, this situation lasted for months, then other months they say we will review your account, and they have no argument or reason! I warn you again that they are thieves who will steal your money!

I have an experience with tap. Company that I would like to share with you.
Tap. Company is a payment gateway processor just like Stripe.
I've worked with them for several months and got some payments settled from them.
After expanding my business and getting a lot of customers, revenue and number of orders started
To go up.
Some of the customers as normal initiated some disputes to their payments.
Because of that, Tap. Company placed a hold on my account and the whole money in it.
So far sounds pretty normal.
But what is not normal is that I have been contacting them in the last couple of months asking them to
Refund the customers and anyone who disputed their payment, for WHOLE TWO MONTHS I am asking them that!
They just keep replying with scripted chat over and over again telling me that they will do so and get back again.
Same replies for OVER TWO MONTHS! And nothing ever happened!
They're holding about $3K of my money that I think I will not be able to withdraw because they're BIG SCAM!
So, please guys stay away from them!
