Received two different types of automobile tools and hopefully they will work well as Christmas gifts. But I tried to register the warranty, it is for an additional 24 months like it says and there is nowhere to be found on their site of how to do this. I've tried the number that is listed and it says the mailbox is full every time I've called. Then asks if I want an SMS message sent, and I haven't received a reply in three weeks. Also tried emailing them and it says that it's not a proper email address! I'm starting to worry that I was duped with what I bought! Did purchase a few items off of View Your Deal on TV which is legit.

Their website promises a good warranty, and 24 hour response to support or warranty issues. When I needed warranty support their phone went to voicemail, email not returned for 10 days, and the web form for support would not submit.

I purchased a Tacklife water vac through Walmart.com. The Tacklife spread dirt and water around more than it picked up. This wet vac is more of a dust blower more than a wet dry vac. First I used this wet vac as regular vacuum. I received no filter to use this as a wet vac as shown in the included accessory image. I waited a long time to use it looking for a filter. No filters were sold specifically for this wet vac brand or model. By the time I attempted to use my wet vac to suck up water on my carpet it never picked up any water.

I emailed Tacklife customer service about the missing filter. I receive a reply in broken English wording that was not clear to me. I never received any refund or filter. I sent accessory included images to show what I needed. I thanked Tacklife in the email reply thinking I would be sent my requested filter. This is a foreign company that only understands dollar signs because I was never sent the wet vac filter I requested that was supposed to be included with purchase. My wet vac never picked up one drop of water. I had to buy another brand name wet vac that worked with accessories listed in purchase that were actually included. I will never order anything from Tacklife again. I wasted $43.96 on this reject wet vac.
