Your Story Isn't Over Yet

I ordered 2 rings in December 2020... and paid a premium for international express shipping.
Nothing... zip, zero, zilch... nada... no ring, no notification... nothing!
I have emailed several times... no response at all.

All I can say... Great Business model... take the money and F*ck with people who are already walking a fine line.

I ordered 2 rings in july. I have YET to receive them or any response from the company concerning a refund. They are downright thieves stealing from people.

I regret not looking into the company BEFORE I placed the order. Such garbage people.

NO STARS IF I COULD! Total LIE! RIP-OFF. Never received the ring, messaged the company multiple times over a period of months (ordered in Feb - still hasn't arrive in July) got the same email reply every time telling me basically to be patient (even though shipping said between 4-6 weeks and this had far passed) also got no response telling me if the product has even been shipped so I could know if it had simply been lost in mail. Asked for a refund, no reply! This company is just manipulating people who are struggling with mental health issues! DISGUSTING LIARS! Should be ashamed..

I ordered a ring in March it is now June and I have not received it this website's in that ring means a lot to me and they represent something in my life that I really wanted to put out there I have not received that ring and I'm very disappointed in that online store because they stand for a lot and I have not received anything in return for my money and my support I do not recommend ordering anything from them play because I have not received my order.

I ordered a ring over a year and a half ago. When i didnt receive it as expected i emailed them and was told that there was a delay and if i still hadnt received it by a certain date that i would be issued a refund or they would reship it. I waited until the date and when it didnt come i emailed them again. No response. I waited 2 weeks and emailed them again. No response. I still have my order confirmation and all emails which i am attaching to this review. This company is using mental health awareness and addiction recovery ( the semi colon... which means my story isnt over yet. It is also a symbol associated with addiction) to lure people in and steal from customers. I also feel like the reviews that are positive are fake. Sorry but ive seen many more bad than good that all say the same thing... paid for product that they never received and were ignored when they contacted the company about it. If you like to give away your money then this is definitely the place to shop... now if you actually like to get what you paid for then you should probably stay far far away.
