Disappointing customer service: I tried to do the test twice, got TNP results both times, with no explanation. I believe I followed the instructions correctly both times. Basically, I spent $100, went through the inconvenience of doing the test twice, got no results, and now there are no other options for a partial refund or a new kit.
They said there was no patient identifier, but both the label on the outside and the label inside the box identified me! Never again! And in addition, when I ordered the test, they didn't send it until I contacted them to find out why.
Great experience, they update you every step of the way from mailing, receiving, results! I will use them again
