Healthlabs.com is the worst. They claimed to have a test available that they didn't. When I tried to cancel the order as soon as they informed me they ACTUALLY didn't have it, they would only return 80% of the fee. And I had to contact them twice afterwards to force them to process the refund. Besides that outrage, it turns out Ulta Labs is cheaper -- I ultimately paid $700 at Ulta Labs for what Healthlabs charged me $1200 for. Also, Ulta Labs does not charge extra for getting results as they are available. And, Ulta labs allows you to schedule the lab at the same time you order it. I strongly recommend everyone avoid Healthlabs at all costs. Ulta Labs was much superior.

If in a hurry, don't use them!
June 13, 2024

I went for allergy testing on June 4th. I was told by the phlebotomist that it would be 2-3 business days. After 5 business days I called and was told they were running behind. I have asked when I can expect results and they don't know. Seriously? It's been 9 days now. I'm going out of town and will be by a lot of shellfish. I can't get an epi pen without this result.

The product didn't work for me. So I tried to return it. They don't disclose that returns have to be mailed to China! That costs more than the product did!
So I ended up accepting 30% they offered because I had no other choice.

We ordered 3 labs and chose the nearest lab, unfortunately he tests require fasting and nothing was available for my diabetic father till a week out, by which time i would be too late as my father would have returned, as a result we tried switching labs, but that lab also had no availability so I tried doing in home collection for $119 but that day the system was broken, and I tried again the next day, same result so I asked for a full refund, but was told cancelation was still applicable, but why should I pay the penalty for an issue on their end. All of this should be given clearly on their site that labs are subject to appointment delays etc. they should not charge if the lab collection process has not even started.

I placed an order for a lab test only to find out my doctor would perform the same test under my health insurance. So, two days later I cancelled the lab test. According to their own policy you can cancel a test prior to use and get a refund, with a 20% cancellation fee. While I disputed the cancellation fee, I accepted it and expected a refund. All of this was in emails going back and forth. It is over a month and I've had to escalate my request to my credit card company since they have not yet issued the refund.
And besides folks, a 20% cancellation fee for what?

Ordered a black mold test on the 9th. It's the 29th and I still have no results. Healthlabs.com refuses to issue a refund. They are blaming me for not contacting the "right" person. There is no way the sample is still viable and they want me to keep on with this ruse. They are digging their heels in and are refusing to refund my money. Their customer service is daft.

Not private!
April 26, 2023

Not private! Their tagline is "fast, PRIVATE, and affordable testing" but there is nothing private about it. I was just notified by my doctor that my results were shared. I never consented to this nor was i even notified. So much for private.

Сommunication factor
March 26, 2022

All individuals that will rise in price with the countries as tourists during the first hour of work on the work of crocheting to carry out sanitary and epidemiological studies, for example, tests, as a way to fight against ailments on COVID-19. That's my choice Healthlabs. I always use this online store, my family and friends. An important factor is the communication of the staff in the details of providing the necessary information.

My screen shot is from an email that I received along with my account creation and order confirmation emails about how to proceed with the test I purchased from them. As you can see, it says the lab will not require and identification.

When I got to LabCorp, guess what? They refused to honor my purchase without an ID. So I was forced to allow the lab to scan my ID into their database, for use later by hackers. The people working at the lab insisted that they don't care.

When I wrote to HealthLabs, they wrote me that OF COURSE the lab requires an ID, how else are they going to know that I didn't send someone else to take my allergy test? Or that someone else stole my test?

Just garbage, of course. Why I would have someone else take an allergy test and have the results emailed to me is a mystery. How someone would steal my test is also a mystery. At any rate, I wrote her and sent the screenshot again (which she didn't read the first time) and quoted from it, "you do NOT need to bring your ID", as you can see below.

I haven't heard from her since. Worse, they're flagging the reviews I'm leaving claiming that I am not a customer. This is treating me like garbage. I don't lie -- they certainly do. Please do not expect them to treat you like customers if they're treating me like garbage -- that's not logical.

Searched online for a specific type of test which brought up the HealthLabs site and the option to buy the test. Purchased the test based on the information on the page. Prepared for the test as recommended (fasting, etc). Went to the lab where my test was scheduled only to find out I didn't buy the test I had Googled that brought up the results on the HealthLabs site. So I didn't take the test (even the nurse at the lab suggested it was a waste and wouldn't give me the information I was looking for).
Healthlabs took their pound of flesh by refusing to refund 20% of the test that I didn't even take.
Real question: If Healthlabs was audited, ask yourself how much money they've taken from customers like me who were misled by their information and site? I'd be willing to bet it's a very large amount.
So I don't recommend them and if you look at the "good" reviews vs the "bad" reviews you'll find that the 'good' ones are very short and simple while the negative reviews (like mine) are very specific and genuine.
That's all I'm saying. Huge waste of my time at a time when I don't have it, had to start all over to try to find the test I'm looking for.
They know what they're doing and they're raking in a lot of money by misleading customers and then refusing to give them a full refund. Ask yourself this: Why would ANY company demand 20% of a service that you didn't even get? Think about it. I'm guessing it's a huge portion of their revenue.

This was after I'd called and canceled the test (which is why it says cancelled.)
IF you've ever used HealthLabs you'll find that they don't send you an emailed receipt or confirmation. It all goes through the lab they connect you with.
