They canceled my 2 orders because PayPal did not have confirmation of my address. Instead of asking me to present prove of address they searched in the web and found the name of the previous owner of my house, assuming my address was wrong... How could a serious company rely on Google searches to do business!?!?
I am a vendor to an International Airline. Ordered a POS monitor first by calling this place to confirm in stock. Some foreign fella answers the phone with basic English skills. Not feeling warm and fuzzy after call, I went ahead an ordered a $630.00 ELO 1717L for my end user. End of the day I get an email with order cancellation. I call Immedia only to reach the same salesman who proceeds to tell me "Your order is cancelled due to fear they wouldn't get paid." What? I have this CC for 30 years... I get an email with a credit card authorization verifying my CC is legitimate, and a second cancellation. No monitor and now some foreign fella at this place has my CC information. Called CC company to change Card. WHAT A HASSLE, What a SCAM!. BEWARE,,
Our credit card processor, PayPal, marked both billing and shipping addresses as Unconfirmed and that they would not be providing any seller protection. We don't process such orders due to the high risk and we state this as such on the website.
We voided the authorization that was done and no charge was made.
I was pleasantly surprised they validated an odd part I had ordered by mistake. We need more businesses like this. They saved both of us a lot of time and money in shipping and returning.
Would be better if you listed more information for your products so we are sure what we are ordering. Otherwise everything went great and a rep responded quickly to let me know that things hit a snag and took care of it on the spot.
I am sorry I did not get the very nice gentleman's name on the phone. He verified on hands stock and gave me an time approximation for delivery.
The products we purchased were exactly what we were looking for and to receive then faster than anticipated was absolutely wonderful.
Thanks you so much for the great service.
You're site was very easy to use. User account registration was simple and even saved the content when I had to go back and add one more thing to the cart before I finished checking out. Prices were better than expected and shipping time was extremely fast. Keep up the good work!
Well organized and intuitive interface. Quick delivery with product as expected. Couldn't find my order from a year ago, so I'd like to see order history kept longer.
Update: Found past order - it was still under "Order Status" link instead of "Completed" link
Found my item cheaper than elsewhere. In fact, I expedited the shipping for an extra fee and it was still just under the next cheapest's price. Will reserve full praise until the item arrives.
Continuation: got my item exactly when expected. The item was exactly what I ordered and in perfect shape.
Contacted a gentleman to verify if I was ordering the correct product I needed and he was extremely wonderful. I so wish I remembered his name. The speed of getting the product was fantastic. Great experience with your company. Definitely will recommend.
Part I'd ordered was out of production. Customer service contacted me to see what I need it for. They contacted one of the involved manufacturers for me & made a suggestion for a replacement part. Shipped it that day & received it the next. Very good to work with.

When we received the order, PayPal, our credit card processor, marked the buyer’s address as unconfirmed, and this meant that they were not going to provide seller protection. The buyer’s credit card bank also returned an I3 security code indicating that address verification was not available. The buyer's email address having a ". com.br" (Brazil) extension corroborated this. This meant that the credit card was not issued in the US, and we state on the website that we can only accept US-issued credit cards since they provide address verification.
We tried placing the buyer at the address and we couldn't. We asked if he could pay with a confirmed PayPal account or bank transfer. Payment through a confirmed PayPal account is good since they provide mutual protection. We told him this but he proceeded to try a different card that showed up as unconfirmed as well. That made it too risky for us.
Being an internet business, hardly a day goes by without us getting attempts at credit card fraud. In all cases, if an order shows up as high risk, we always explain what the problem is and offer ways to remedy it. This is something we take the time to do since it is for the protection of the actual cardholder and ourselves.
