Great Customer Service!

I honestly clicked the wrong link to renew my registration - but so glad I did. The support team with stateregistration.org has been AWESOME! They respond personally Immediately!
I won't use anyone else now.

Resourceful and Quick Response
August 5, 2021

I made a key error, and I didn't realize I did, however this team caught it, rectify the issue. They fixed it while I'm in the middle of re-registing the same vehicle, what would have cause an other charged, but before I could finish, they email me with the correct information. Saving me time and headaches, and not to mention Saving my cash from being tied up.

Amazing & Trustworthy Online Site

Excellent service

This is my first time to use online registration service and did not know the process clearly. The support team guided me step by step to finish the entire process. I am very impressed by their timely responses and updates. I highly recommend this online registration service to anybody who does not have time to do it in person.

Problem with registration
March 18, 2020

For some reason the web site did not recognize that I have/had car insurance. I received messages from the support team informing me of this. They responded almost immediately to every question. They informed me what they could and could not do. I asked my insurance company to re-post my insurance information and the team continued to inform me that the information was not available and ultimately when it became available they informed me right away. It could not have been a more helpful experience.

The website failed to recognize that I have or had vehicle insurance for some reason. I got texts from the customer service staff notifying me of this. They answered every question almost instantly. They told me what they could do and what they couldn't. I requested that my insurance company re-post my insurance information, and the team kept telling me that it was not yet available. Eventually, however, they informed me as soon as it was.

I never saved my registration after renewal. I wasn't sure what to do. I emailed them and they had my registration to me in literally 3 minutes. They are the best. I know because I have been in the auto industry for 18 years.

My wife and I completed our first counseling session earlier this month with NACA and it went better than i expected. Our counselor Thomas Rhodes was great. He responds timely and is making this process less stressful. I would definitely recommend the NACA program to first time homebuyers.

Incredible customer support

I had the most incredible experience via text with a person who went above and beyond to help me get my care registered. I don't know there name but they are simply amazing!
