Useful tool for checking property and person status. However, some data is missing (sales transactions - older transactions are more likely to be missing). The interface has some sort of delay where I can't put in a property and immediately click on 'Search'; I have to wait a few seconds. One property is not listed at all - it's an empty lot in Fremont.
I have a family member in county jail and this service shows no information such less of what she is there for so the service is poor she has been detained 2 weeks now
