I tried to get my reports yesterday but couldn't remember my password. Twice you said you would send an email with a link to change it but I never received either email. Please help!

Please call us 7 days a week from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 1-800-831-9235 or send us an email to support@spyfly.com and we can reset your password for you and confirm you are able to access your account. If for some reason a representative or a supervisor is not available, simply leave us a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
