They sell mostly spa and wellness holidays and I thought I would try something different so I booked one. It was so easy throughout, they were so helpful to help me decide because they had a lot of hotels to choose from, payment and everything went smoothly and I had a really nice time away in Germany. Would definitely book with them again. Only thing I would say though is that they will arrange a transfer for you but not a flight, which would have been helpful.
