I am a big internet shopper and quite a demanding shopper. The Sales Support Ruth was very helpful and replied quickly to each of my emails. My new Prada frames are Awesome. Great fit, polycarbonate, and progressive lenses. My recommendation... always call and listen to their advise with respect to frame and lenses. They have extremely knowledgeable and dedicated staff
