Setmysite is the real deal. I had a nightmare experience with with Web.com, and these guys came to the rescue. I could talk about how great Setmysite's web design is (and it really is), but the best part is really their customer service. I don't think I've ever dealt with an online company, or even any company for that matter, that greets you by your first name when they pick up the phone. There's no phone trees, options to push, or any of that crap that's become far too common. I'm on a first name basis with my personal account manager (Mark) and almost feel like he's in the office next door.

The website design is modern and beyond excellent. My site works great and looks great on mobile devices. But the best part is my account manager, Mark. Friendly, personable, competent, and quick. The personal service and product these guys deliver for the price cannot be beat. Set My Site is a small business owner's best friend.

Our old site was so outdated we had to build a brand new one and the crew at SMS worked very hard to give us a beautiful new online image and eCommerce program. We had a lot of details we wanted and they worked long hours to get us there. I really respect these guys. They were the first company to just be blatantly honest with me about all my questions and actually told me what services were a waste of money for my particular situation. They also weren't hesitant to recommend services and solutions beyond themselves so I had a full plate of options. I've had them managing my website for a couple months now. SetMySite came to my rescue. I was using another service that I won't name here for my restaurant's website. We have been in business since the 80's and we are family run. We've had various website designers and companies work with us since the early 2000's and I can tell you that none come close to the skill, quality, and service of SetMySite. It is like night and day. Our old site was very outdated, it was impossible for us to speak to a rep from our previous company with out waiting on hold for 20 minutes and getting passed around from rep to rep. SetMySite is a complete 180. From our first interaction to the ongoing progress reports, to the ability to have my own rep with a direct phone line, to the beautiful and professional looking website, these guys and gals are 5 stars all the way in my book. If you're trying to decide on a web designer, Please give them a try! It is worth seeing what they can do for you! Even if they're not the right fit for you, they will tell you (I referred a friend of mine to them but they were unable to assist her due to her requests and needs, and they had no problem NOT taking her money, but rather referred her to some other services that were a better fit!) You will not be disappointed if you work with this team!

I just want to let anyone else who is searching for a website designer know that Setmysite has been excellent, from the very first conversation, to the ongoing monthly support I receive when I need changes made to my website. They have been a pleasure to work with. First of all, the website they built me is exceptional. You can clearly see the difference between my old site which I built myself on wix and this new site. It is elegant, clearly put together by professional designers, and my clients are extremely impressed (I get comments weekly). Second, as I mentioned, the support is wonderful. There's no waiting on hold. I get to speak with Jason, my account manager, every single time I call. He knows me and my website and is familiar with my needs. I cannot explain how refreshing it is to be able to work with the same competent person each time I call or email. Any time I need a change on my website, I just email Jason and it's done in a couple of hours. I can't say it enough, this the best website service for small business owners who don't have the time to build a website or manage a website on their own. Highly recommended.

I have used other companies before in the past for my website. None compare to what I got with setmysite. I checked out other setmysite reviews first before I signed up. And they were all very positive. Based on what others said, I decided to give them a try. Let me tell you, that was one of the darn smartest things I did for my business in a very long time. What I loved about them right off the bat is they answered the phone right away (I didn't have to press numbers on my phone for 10 minutes just to talk to someone). Each time I called, I was greeted by an American human being. What a relief. Also, now that I am a customer, I have the direct phone number and email to my own account rep who handles everything for me. Any time I have a question, or I need to make a change on my website, I send an email and get a fast response, and the change is done before the end of the day. Wow. Plus, my website is the most professional of all my competitors. All I can say is, for the price, this service is a steal.
