I had an extremely frustrating experience with Designhill. They claim to offer a money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with your logo design, provided you meet the qualifications—which I did. However, when I requested a refund, I didn't hear back for a week.
Their listed phone numbers don't allow you to speak to a real person, leaving email as the only option. Whenever I received a response, it was a repetitive attempt to keep me in the process rather than honoring my request. I made it clear multiple times that I wanted a refund, yet they continued to delay, offering unnecessary alternatives instead. This back-and-forth dragged on for weeks, and eventually, they just stopped responding altogether.
After all the frustration, they finally claimed they had submitted my refund and assured me I would receive it within 5-7 days. It has now been far past that timeframe, and I still haven't received my money.
This has been the most unprofessional experience I've had with a design platform. Other companies I've worked with prioritize their clients, responding within 24 hours and handling requests efficiently. I don't understand how a simple refund request—one that aligns with their own policy—was met with such resistance and poor communication. I would not recommend Designhill to anyone looking for a hassle-free, professional experience.
I purchased a design service package from Designhill, which came with a 'refund guarantee' if I was unsatisfied with the work. Unfortunately, the designs provided did not meet my expectations. When I requested a refund on July 25th, the support team offered to redo the work and assured me that I could still opt for a refund if unsatisfied. After the second attempt, the designs still didn't meet the promised standards, so I formally requested my refund.
Despite numerous follow-ups over the past three months, each response from the support team mentions a 'managerial escalation,' but no progress has been made. It's been frustrating to have no resolution, especially after accepting the initial terms of the refund guarantee. I am hoping Designhill can honor its commitments and deliver the customer service promised to clients like myself.
Love that it is strong and light, hate that I had to pay twice as much for the color red. They really need to eliminate the second cheapest shirt for being crap! Or reorganize all shirts by quality but all have uniformly the same colors
The color was correct and the material is durable. The only concern was that the patterns I used at lower opacities were printed in almost full opacity. Still no one at work noticed, and it did look correct and fitting. Maybe next time I'll try ordering it with just darker colors and see if that works better.

Our first engagement was to set up a design contest (for a marketing brochure.) A dozen talented designers sent their drafts, it was hard to narrow it down to just a few. The eventual winner not only had a great eye for creating attractive layouts, but also took the time to understand our business. For our second project with Designhill, instead of a contest we created a project (trade show display) and engaged with the same designer. Great results both times.
Be cautious with this website for designers, as they may deceive you given the chance. There are numerous tricks they employ to deceive people. In my case, the money for a 1-1 project was not released to me. It's strange, my client suddenly disappeared after I provided the design, and when I reported it to the support team, there was no response; they never replied to my messages, and even the live chat button on my account disappeared. I suspect my IP address was blocked, but when I use a VPN to access this website, I can engage in live chat. Be careful; if possible, try to find designers outside of this website.

They don't even reply, since they have deducted the money in advance, if you have any request or if u dont like the design, or the designers didn't submit the design as per your brief, you can't go back or get a refund as they describe, I have been sending emails for the past 2 months, they dont care to reply back nor refund us.
Quick when you already coming with ideas, hesitant because it's as DH knows you :) What ended up taking 1 hour, just may have took 3 days but I enjoyed the variety of what their team could do with my small ideas. I love it!

They're located all over the planet so sometimes there may be a 12 hour time difference between where you and your designer live. But my designer was still great, patient and punctual. There was a bit of a language difference to overcome but I was still pleased and impressed with the outcome.
