This is a contest that you're guaranteed to get a design that you like or you will get a full refund.

I never needed to use this feature because I always got more than enough designs from a contest to pick a winner. In fact, many times it was hard to chose just one winner.

In guaranteed contests, the contest holder guarantee to choose a winner, so the contest will not be eligible for a refund and cannot ask or claim for a refund.

My understanding is that as a buyer, you guarantee you'll choose one of the submitted designs, forgoing your right to a refund. I chose a 10 day contest and paid enough that 75 designers got involved offering 190 design submissions. I gave very specific directions on what I wanted and definitely found what I was looking for. The hardest part for me was choosing my favorite as a final winner.

I'm guaranteed about this design for the contest. Because really nice
