It has been always an easy and quick process to receive my codes, and only had an issue once which was resolved straight away, so there is also a 5 star customer service available. Highly Recommended.

The customer support is just phenomenal, they respond very quickly, are informative and are very kind. So far I have experienced no issues when redeeming any of the cards that I have purchased from them. Once, I purchased several of the wrong gift cards totaling up to $350 and I immediately contacted their customer service who were quick to respond and issued me a refund. 10/10 would recommend their service. The only thing I hope to see in the future is an increased weekly limit as personally, I don't think it is enough for people who purchase large amounts of gift cards weekly such as me. Overall very good!

This is a fake site guys, please don't use it. I brought valorant points using bitcoin and guess what my transaction never went through. I cancelled many times and tried again and it never works. When I reached out to the customer service team, they just told, "We have reported this issue, to tripleA" or something like that and nothing happened lol. Please don't use this site and go to some where else which is more genuine.

Seagm only wants your money. When you request for a refund, the will hide behind their ToS but none of their ToS clauses say items are non-refundable. Despite having a refund policy, they will not honor it and work with you. Instead, they will ban your account and refuse to work with you for a refund request. Never doing business with them again, good riddance.

Pathetic buying experience, compounded by equally bad customer support. I believe their business model is to force people to ask for refund so that they can cut their "processing fee" and return money after "3-5 working days".
Nothing instant about their service and honestly it feels like its not even a legit business -_-
