Used to be Xbox was my go to consoles but in this recent year they've changed so much it's made Xbox a chore instead of fun,

New home page filled with thousands of ads and can't be customised to help you find things,

No free games,

Rewards used to take a few minutes a day and then a odd hour a week doing a weekly task,
Now they take at least a hour each day like a f ING job,

They removed the weekly streaks from the rewards app, for myself this was added kick in the teeth I was 1 week short of a 2500 rewards points for a 10 week streak at 270 weeks and that's about 5 years I did it for,

Tried putting in a complaint but every cut n turn no one at Xbox would listen to me, tried speaking about it in the community and moderators tried silencing me, tried calling to put in a complaint couldn't get to speak to anyone, so I'm leaving a review of my distain,

Xbox used to be my go to console and I've spent a fortune but that loyalty means nothing to Xbox who won't even let me speak to someone about this and voice my complaints,

I've now canceled my ultimate sub and I will be getting rid of my Xbox and never buying games online again even on playstation after this,
I'd like to say playstation won't screw me over but I thought Xbox wouldn't n now thousands of pounds of gaming to the bin thanks to you Xbox scumbags,

Cheap controllers that break all the time. 0 customer support and their community standards are a joke. Don't waste your money. Go with Playstation or a PC. Not worth the headache.

The xbox consoles are absolutely terrible. They always make me lag out of pvp games that I am playing, which frustrates me. A $500 dollar console and this is what you get back. The xbox consoles also take forever to connect to the internet. You may as well get a $1,000 dollar PC so you can not only play video games, but also do work/school on it. Xbox console is just for playing video games. Just get a PC instead, whether it's windows or mac.

Let's start off with something everybody's struggling with. The xbox filtering system. The xbox filtering system is so horrible, I'm no I.T. Proffesional but I could do a better job with my hands tied behind my back.

Second issue is the refund policy. Most of the times it works but they can decline it without even giving a solid explanation. They told me that I cant return a game that has been played? Like what! What about all those other games.

And last is the fact that xbox banning system is absolute $#*!. It's never happened to me but a pal of mying got banned while the guy who was threatening us while exploiting a game got away. If playstation had the games xbox did I would've transferred in a heart beat.

Its a gaming platform, theres not much to say about that ahaha.
But the quality of their products is perfect!
They had some stupid marketing over the years. And they failed a lot of things.
But its a VERY VERY big company and still managed to not abuse of their users.
All my respect.

The Xbox One is a great console, I do love that people fight over which is better, the PS4 or the Xbox One when they both run off of AMD's Jaguar. The game variety for the Xbox is amazing, I can play anything I want (Except for VR, that'd be nice to have VR come to Xbox.) racing games, shooters, but not any games like the Hyperdimension Neptunia stuff, but that's fine! Modders can be annoying, but after a quick report, they're gone!

I own an Xbox One S and I'm very happy with it, it's helped me meet some of my best friends and it also helped me find out what the hell was wrong with me.

Just can't do it with these systems that get cheaper each time. Just bought the Xbox one x and it under performs in every single way compared to the s. Games take way longer to load. Response time is ridiculously slow. When I have the 2 next to each other and turned on at the same time the one x is almost twice as slow to load. Complete garbage. Despite my settings it constantly asks me for a password for my profile and yes it is set to my home xbox

I love Xbox, It is a well balanced system, and one of the few to have Powered down Updating, where when your system is off but still connected it will be in a sleep mode and still download or update your games, which if Xbox removes this gem from their repertoire, I see many people switching to PS4 or PC. If, we as consumers had a better way to unify these Developers and send feedback, I feel that the next generation of Systems could be easily PC components with Xbox features. The versatility of this system to allow you to access so much content and material for a very low price is astounding sometimes. There needs to be an app or system, like Yelp for game consoles, where we as consumers are allowed to take our combined tech knowledge and apply it to the systems we are building to entertain ourselves with. If this were allowed to happen, I see a much more profitable future for console gaming.
