Do not purchase anything from this company. Order 2 batteries for my sons scooter for his birthday. Received batteries one was good the other had bad cell would not charge all the way made numerous attempts to return And just got the runaround.This company are a bunch of criminals.
Reading reviews I will say the same as most these other people. Took a long time to get parts and after getting them they were the wrong parts by measurement wise, asked about refund they told me to send them back to shipping label they were sent from, so I did. Been 3-4 months and still can't get help! Asked for verification for sending parts back, showed them 4 times and still no help. Would not tell anyone of even my enemies to order from here! Keep searching for different parts!
Ordered scooter on 12/6/20, Order update on 12/9/20 says the label was created. On 12/11/20 still shows label created, emailed customer service and received several insulting emails back that is how business is done, order, create label, bill for money, send item, not to worry item would here on time. I emailed again on 12/15/20 and was told that the item just shipped, but fedex probably forgot to scan label. Tried to call yesterday and today no response. Order#*****, what a scam and out my money.
Do not order from this company at all. Go to someone more trusting like Amazon. You can't get a hold of them and they will only respond if you let them know your writing a bad review and they will write back with a lie about your product and basically withhold your money when you ask for it back. I now am dealing with this through my bank. Do not waste your time with them.
Ordered a bike, got a tacking number, and expected delivery date. That came and went reached out via multiple email and phone calls no response no reply. Canceled charges on credit card found the same bike cheaper at Walmart ordered it and was here in 3 days. Two weeks after the Walmart bike showed up theirs showed. A week later they recharged my card. Now I get to fight it again!
Update 2/5/21 so they told me to return the bike and gave me a refund. Yay! Only cost me $160 bucks! *******@scooterstore! Since I know you track your bad reviews and only respond to those! Your tracking number is in the photos! You worthless company! I hope you go bankrupt!
Ordered a scooter x go-cart for Christmas. Ive been reaching out ever since I recieved my order they sent a 2017 model not a new model. The motor does not operate correctly surges really bad and the clutch does not disengage making the go-cart dangerous my daughter can not even ride it. Contacted scooter catalog and the are no help only telling me to contact the manufacturer which does not address the issues with recieving a three year old unit. The customer service through scooter catalog is terrible the guy answering the phone is very rude would not even give me his name he went silent for about a minute after asking for his name and then hung up. So after ordering through this company you are on your own no help. I would go through another company as this company has no customer service and if you have issues they dont care and will not stand behind the products they sell.
I ordered 3 parts and got the order confirmation email, including the shipping charge of $8.95. However, what they delivered was 2 parts and they bumped the shipping to $15.95. Meaning I got only 2 of the 3 parts, and paid even a bit more in total (Paypal will let the transaction settle above original authorization price, up to +15%, and they won't even send out a notification).
I called the store after I received the fraudulent delivery, and they did not care, and hung up on me.
Go literally anywhere else. Buying off Alibaba or Aliexpress directly is less of a hassle. Called to confirm that they had an item in stock. They did not but they would be getting it soon. Waited to order until they told me it had come in and confirmed that it would be shipping from them in Houston to me in New Mexico. After I placed my order, was informed that it would in fact be drop shipping from WISCONSIN but that it had 'absolutely been inspected' for quality control prior to being crated and shipped. This was clearly also a lie because it arrived with missing hardware to assemble it and instructions which were for another model. Company has been non-responsive to emails trying to address this issue.
This was a huge purchase for me and has been incredibly devastating as I'd purchased a scooter to try and maintain my mobility. I don' thave the funds to make another such purchase and feel incredibly taken advantage of.
I ordered a moto tech dirt bike for my son's birthday which did not work. I messaged them for help and they just forward me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer wasn't any help so I got back to them asking for an exchange. My son's birthday came and went and I had to buy another bike so I disputed the charges with the bank. Four months later they're messaging me threatening to sue me if I don't send a broken bike back which I no longer have. These people can't be trusted.
Peter Mwololo is a scammer. Told me to F off when I asked where my money was. I contacted the BBB and they're looking to having them shut down. Their " business address" is located in the middle of the road. I have his full address in Arlington Texas. It's an apartment. This person is a scammer. He yelled at me for calling twice about my money. 1305 is a lot of money to just blow away. Help me get this place shut down! Our phone call was record for proof of the BBB and they will be shut down ASAP!
