Savoy Timber

Poor quality, poor customer services, broken promises.
Ordered the decking kit, 6 boards were unusable, didn't tell me when they were delivering just turned up so no one was here to check it.
When I rang I spoke to someone nice but he did nothing and reorder had not been generated, so rang again got someone rude and arrogant so made a complaint, someone contacted me to arrange replacement of the damaged boards, promised they would come Tuesday and that I would receive an email nothing rang again spoke to a lady who just said they would be here!
Iv waited all day rang again said they would be here, still nothing!
Awful week full of stress trying to get garden done due to incompetence.

I ordered a decking kit from here and to be honest the best part of the decking kit was the timber for the frame. The board however are of extremely low quality some are already spit and two are rotten! Wen I placed my order the pictures used for close ups look nothing like what I received and have since come to find out that's because the close ups are of the Deluxe timber kit ( a tad misleading). Also the boards were pre cut to length however the cuts were not straight. I will be replacing all boards with boards from my local wickes to achieve the finish I thought I had purchased. I have decided not to complain to Savoytimber as of the poor state of the products I received in the first instance and after reading these reviews I think I have made a wise choice. Over all I have wasted a fair bit of money and time and would recommend not buying from her to anyone who may be interested.

To all contractors looking for a reliable firm to use, stay away from Savoy timber.
I ordered worktops from Savoy on the 25th May by July the 3rd they still had not arrived. When they did arrived they were soaked through and unusable. A representative Scott was at the forefront of this issue and refused a refund and didn't have the good manners to accept my call or return an email. Stay well clear. Work top express are a far more reliable firm.
