Finally decided on SakuraCo because it comes with dishes every now and then. It's been the best switch for me, and I think I'll hold on to a subscription for a long time.

The box was beautifully packaged and filled, each item wrapped with care. I received the box well and was excited to find it in a fantastic condition! I'm usually skeptic of these things but I couldn't be happier to have taken the risk with sakuraco. The box came with a beautiful piece of artwork and a sake glass, both of which I adore and would be happy to purchase separately. This whole experience has been wonderful and I'm already planning on renewing my subscription!
The march box is full of Sakura sweetness and great flavor to feel like you are surrounded by cherry blossoms. I love the looks and the taste of every Candy in the Sakuraco box.
They have really good shipping, and the boxes are always unique, this month was Sakura blossom and everything was Sakura blossom flavored
They provide no refunds for any reason. Try for a shorter plan as you purchased the larger plan due to a gift incentive? They will not provide the gift just because you purchase for someone else. Request for a lower plan (1 hour from purchase)? They will request you purchase the smaller plan on top of the larger plan before they will refund the larger plan.

No account is set up is necessary. No emails are sent to purchaser (or receiver) of this service, disclosing auto-renew will be taking place. Their customer service portal is deliberately broken, and no claims can be filed. Their customer service department does not respond to email (or expensive international phone calls) to resolve the issue. Tokyo Treat / Sakuraco does not process a refund, based on their predatory practices. AVOID these services.
