This will mark the second year in a succession that our family has enjoyed a one of Pat LaFrieda's standing Rib roasts. Over the years I have tried countless others that were touted to be the best of the best. And each time they were a disappointment. I believe that the secrete is in the aging process that Pat LaFrieda uses and that the meat is never frozen.
