My experice with Riutal holidays was very bad, they were good initially, whent they received first payment us, they have shown us true colors, they cliam to provide 3-star hotels but actually they book 2-star of residency commidation in cheaper rates from make my trip, in that also if they get good amount from other customers they will cancel your accomidation and provide alternate one which is poor in service and long distance which deivates from the itenary plan.
Sachidanad, Madan Mohan & Vijay these people are doing thier duty which was told, that is fool customer with cheap tackticks. Do not carry away with thier words. They best thing to do is not use thier service. Honest reivew. Not a paid one. It is our personal experience with them..

Request not to go with this travel...they will ask money in advance and will change ur hotels...travel.location and will change completely ur itinerary. I have given advance of ******* inr to Anshul and Rajput sir. Still awaiting to get back.it's my hard earning money.
I am getting warning message that they will put legal cases if I write reviews also.
Be careful with these teams...they have cheated in the following
1. Changes hotel from 4 star to 3 star
2. Changes the duration of travel
3. Remove breakfast from hotel
4. TCS charges are included earlier in over all cost.later on they asked again more.
5.Earlier they said all the entry fees are included.later on they denied.
6. There are 2 teams.one sale team and another operational team...sale team will say everything is included. After payment your file will go to operational team...and from day one they will start playing with you and start removing hotels...travel.entry...extra charges for vehicle...
7. If you don't believe you can go...but at end you will be completely responsible for killing your own trip.
8. And at last once u have paid...you became a scapegoat in their hand, they will not respond on Whatsapp and will give legal stances for returning money back.

Firstly I was unsure if I should book my holiday with them but Mr. Sacchidanand Mishra have helped me throughout and made sure my trip was safe and amazing

I had been to Karnatakaa on customized package recently. It was wonderful. Thanks to Meenakshi madam for carefully drafted the itinerary and selection of hotels.
Mr. Vijay, the trip advisor and his team deserve equal appreciation as they were constantly in touch with me during the entire tour. For this purpose they created a whatsapp group and added me therein. This helped me for continuous interaction and immediate resolution of any issue at any point of time during the trip. This is an innovative idea, which I have not come across with any other service provider.
Ritual Holidays thinks a step ahead and accomplishes one more step forward.
My best wishes to the entire team in their future endeavours.
I wish to have some more chances to travel with them.

Hotel, Cab and the service provided were the best. It was a nice trip and a comfortable stay. You can trust and try without second thoughts. They have taken care of everything and helped in all ways. Good support from Madan and Vijay. We are very satisfied with my karnataka trip.

Very very bad experience with Ritual Holidays.The agency has provided very bad hotels n not even up to their words.

I had a trip to Ooty coonoor kodaikanal. It was awesome though I found the hotel could be better. The support from the tem was commendable. Especially they have helped me to book travel tickets too. I wana thank to Sachidanand their sales person who supported us in each moment we required. The cab service was also outstanding. The cab person who was with us in the entire sight seeing as driver was well informed with the local things. Which helps us guided to our tour.

Suggestion: Hotel choosen was not so impressive. If it could be better then the experience level could be more interesting. Thi is not complain by the way.

Last nit the least: Thanks to the entire team who were a part of our beautiful tour.

Dear Mr Vijay/Mr Madan,
If possible then I will give negative star to this agency as we just completed our trip to Mahabaleswar - Lonavala - Matheran from ur side but it was very much horrible experience we had as first day on arrival we had spent more than 2 hrs on road with our family as there were no arrangements for Hotel in Mahabaleswar.
On the other side u had suggested the hotel which has rooms with no space for 3 people and also no facilities like TV, wifi even not hot water for bathing also and u had given us fake information that the Hotel which u had given (Hotel Forest View in Mahabaleswar) is under renovation but that was totally fake as I had personally went to that Hotel for checking but there were no sign of renovation n it was completely opened for tourist.
At last we had got our hotel after searching for 2-3 hrs and there was also not upto the mark and in that hotel we got the only limited breakfast (in ur confirmation mail u promised for full breakfast).
The driver had no details of any day's scheduled prodramme.
It was a very very BAD experience I had got in my entire life.
So, I will never ever recommend this agency for ur trip.

I travelled and travelling through Ritual Holidays. Simple words I would like to close this is genuine tour operator. Value for money. Worth traveling through Ritual Holidays. I wish them all the very success

Hotels was good. Vehicle was veey old and driver was not trained. Gulmarg sightseeing was not completed due to misguide.

We recently took a Gangtok Darjeeling package with them and had a overall good experience with them.

Good things:

1. They keep good hotel options to choose from and provide great hotels for the package
2. The package is slightly lesser in cost compared to similar packages by other agents
3. Responsive to customer queries and they pickup phones generally with no wait time before and also during the trip.
WhatsApp option is also feasible to continuously get support before and during the trip

4. Payment mode is also feasible and you can generally pay the total package amount in 3 parts (first a token amount and then 75% 10 days before trip and then the rest during the trip also)

Things that should be improved:

1. Their coordination with driver organization should be improved a bit. A customer will never like to get 4 calls from different person for one sightseeing or one travel...

2. For trips to places/locations where due to natural events or any other govt permissions denial, the itinerary can be hampered, they should keep a backup option B or some other good sightseeing/activity wise options of similar monetary and experience wise value

Excellent nice arrangement of all things enjoying our trip with the all arrangements done by ritual holiday team

Trip to Dubai last month went well.
Me and my husband had a great vacation thanks to this company.
I can definitely recommend and will do it!

On 11th n 12th we were in Agra n on 14th n 15th of this month we were in Jim Corbett, total of 3 night halts made at comfortable hotels arranged by Ritual Holidays Delhi.
On 11th we 4 adults were picked from Delhi Airport to Agra.
Our hotel at Agra was comfortable and the driver Mr. Rameshwar was too humble n adjustable person.
Further on 14th morning we left to Jim Corbett from Delhi
The resort booked by Ritual Holidays was comfortable too. Here our 3 trips of Safari tour was also arranged nicely.
Over all all our experience was very memorable and comfortable.
Regarding affordability is concerned, we could get competitive price package with good driver and vehicle.
We all recommend all other tour enthusiasts to contact Ritual Holidays for their comfortable tour packages.
