Poor Customer Service

I purchased a card reader through this company. It was not made apparent that you need to have Authorize.net's POS system to use this. So when I attempted to return it, they told me that there policy is 30 days from purchase. Unfortunately, it had been 33 days since my transaction. I feel that this is extremely poor customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are going to back a product you believe in then back it. Don't try to worm your way out it with a 30 day return policy. Unfortunately, some of us are really busy when trying to open a business. Small business are hard enough to get off the ground without the struggles companies that won't fully back their product with an accept timeframe for return. I understand that this is my opinion but I would guess that I'm not the only person that would share it. Make sure if you use them that you read all the descriptions and small print to be sure whatever product you are buying will work for you.
