All okay until you try to withdraw funds. Sent everything as required and they kept bringing up other irrelevant excuses not to allow the release of my funds. I got refunded through the company name on my display picture. Unfortunately, I can only mention the firm's name there because my review might be taken down.

Fell for the scam. Deposited my money and then did some more research to see that they are a scam. Asked for my money back and the very rude guy insisted on knowing my reasons, and when I gave my reasons he still belligerently demanded to know more things he swore at me and then hung up on me. Had to contact them on WhatsApp + 6 5 7)

Stay away from this scam exchange if you don't want to lose your crypto. OKX is not a safe place to store or trade your coin. Either you buy and the coin doesn't arrive in your wallet, or you transfer and the coin doesn't arrive in the destination wallet address, or you store your coin on their site and suddenly all your coins disappear without a trace, or they freeze your account for no reason under "risk control" and deny you access to your funds. You will only get one problem after another on this exchange. I know many people who have lost their coin here on this exchange and I have been a victim too.

I started having issues with them when I wanted to make a withdrawal of 14k for Xmas celebrations and it was withheld by them… I was asked to wait for 10 working days for it to be resolved only to see more frustrating responses from them. I got a refund through the company on my profile image. They were the ones I reported to when I figured I wasn't going to get paid by folding my hands. I would have written their name here but my review was taken down the last time I tried that.

A total scam platform. I lost a lot of money due to your unprofessional trading. Luckily, a recovery company helped me to successfully recover all my lost funds... GAARD.IO

I got scammed through Okx and their customer care did nothing to help me despite my numerous complaint. I had to involve the service of an anti fraud agency who did all they could to get back my money

Stay away from this company if you are looking to invest. My colleague lost almost 200k CAD to this crooks and she was devastated for months. She could not withdraw her capital not to mention the profits that was shown on her portfolio. However, it was lucky that she met a company online who took it upon themselves to recover the stolen funds. To all potential investors, it is better not to invest than to go through the stress sammy went through to get her hard earned money back

I'm just here to talk about how I was scammed on this platform and Okx customer care couldn't do anything to help me. If I didn't find out about a private investigator who's website is on my name tag above, I don't know how I would have gotten back my money
