I only write this cause of this ONE octapharma site. All the other places I have been are fantastic and treat you professionally and actually appreciate your donations. I am a long time donor but have never been treated as bad as I was today. I took a lunch break and got there a little after 4 pm. There was only 1 person ahead of me in line when I walked in. Needless to say over an hour later I was still waiting after numerous times I was told I was next. Multiple times I was lied to and on several occasions saw a couple of african american women looking at me. I did not like the looks they were giving me. Seen that look too many times to know what it meant. Yes it was a very RACIST look. I finally said something about waiting over and hour and watching so many other people walk in the door and be called ahead of me. I lost my composure and I told them I was going to write a very nasty review and yes I accused them of being racist. I work in business and I have no time for liars and people like the columbus center. I have been here on multiple occasions when I am in town for work. The 2 women I saw I do not remember ever seeing them before. Again this is only a negative review on the columbus center. Screwed me out of my donation and the gas money and time off from work I took to visit. Needless to say I will NOT be visiting this center again. Beware of some of the people working there.
Security guards let certain ppl disturb donors and make here blood pressure rise negative employees talk more than work don't like to work if the other employee is not doing anything

OctaPharma Group is the worst place to donate and by far, the worst place to work! They pull a bait and switch with their app and refuse to honor offers made when trying to entice return donors. Beware of this company!
Debbie is very rude, they are always understaffed, and every time they change the pay schedule they get cheaper and cheaper. Fiona is the best employee there though.

I found it concerning since Octapharma has our name, social security number, date of birth and address. Now the hackers have all this information and no information on their website about this. Not very professional.
I go to the octapharma on center Street in Omaha Nebraska that place has the most awesome people I've ever seen especially a sticker named Jackie she's a transfer from CSL she is beyond awesome I cannot feel the needle going in or coming out I get super great job times phenomenal service I'm in and out of there in an hour what are the text Joe is handicapped but is an awesome person beyond awesome service pay no mind to the hater above me and my wife go up there twice a week it is a great source of extra income and holds us down thank you doctor for all the great service and help

First of all I think it's funny that the octapharma app shows that my location in Sacramento is open it is not open it has been closed for several days. Rumor has an IT department new about some sort of cyber issues two or three months ago and now all of our information is at jeopardized I'm going to be changing locations and companies
Thereapp is always messed up. You have to sign in and get a QR code this morning I could not get in I had to go down there and go through the kiosks procedure even after that the whole system went down people were not even getting their money from donating because everything was a mess the system came back up it is now 11:15 Eastern standard Time in Sacramento and the system's down again they should have already had this fixed and besides that there's always long lines understaffed
Go to biomat or BioLife or CSL friendly staff they pay more and don't check or protein every 3 times you come in give it a try

I wanted to apologize to ALL staff members. There have been times I've come in to donate in a bad state of mind. I'm dealing with a lot on my journey of sobriety. I may have been too sensitive to staff members that were just having a good day. I previously sent a bad review regarding unprofessionalism and I regret it. I got the opportunity to speak to the manager today and he handled the situation appropriately. I am able to donate now and I appreciate everyone's help.

I do not trust these people every time I try and call about my bonus they give me the run around it's been two weeks they still have not paid me
I really enjoy Octoplasma they get you in and out and get you paid and the staff especially the manager of the facility does his best to go up and beyond for his owners and even if they're deferred if complications getting back home occur he tries to do what he can to help I was on 41 miles of gas and I live 44 miles away need credited me $5 just to get gas to make sure I made it home safely I enjoy Octoplasma and the hours of operation make it flexible for anyone and the staff are extremely kind
Gossiping about the donors.Staff talking about staff, people coming to work unhappy taking it out on donors.Very unprofessional and to over indulging with donors.The Director and the older lady are fine its more the younger staff very childish.I watch them make a lady cry I thought that was bald they where whispering and talking stuff but the older lady appeared to intervene and help resolve the issue but it was horrible for me to watch a human being be treated like that.
