Bait and Switch fraud

I purchased a DJI drone that said "NEW" on the add and was priced for $899. I payed an additional $24 for expedited FedEx shipping. 3 weeks later I recieved the package (by UPS ground not FedEx) to find not only was it a USED item (not in original packaging) but it was also a completely different item than what I purchased. I called customer service as soon as I made the discovery. I was told that they made a mistake and sent the wrong item. Ok…$#*! happens right. Then I was told they made a mistake on the price of the original item I purchased and that it would cost me $1100 to get the item I wanted and would take an additional 3-4 weeks to receive. I was also told the item I would get would be a USED item not the NEW item I had purchased. They did offer to discount the drone I received if I was willing to keep it instead of the one I wanted and ordered…um NO! (I have photo and written proof of all of this)
I ended up returning the item and canceling my purchase. I decided to spend my $1100 with a reliable company for a NEW item that will be what I wanted and ordered. I will say the man on the phone was nice but everything he said had SCAM written all over. I pray I get my money back in a timely manner. If not it's definitely going to be a report to the BBB!
If you don't want to wait weeks for what you hope to be the item you ordered then I would suggest you avoid this company.
Not a pleasurable experience.

Issue resolved promptly
December 27, 2021

The seller did a great job of shipping on time, (just before the holiday rush), the product was packaged perfectly, and all parts were included. Easy and ready to use in minutes.

Called them about an issue and they were quick to provide a resolution..

First time shopper

First time shopping from their company and it was overall a great experience. Customer service was very precise and knowledgeable. No pressure.
Walked me through the process so I can complete my order plus got a few discounts at the end.
I'll def shop again for all my photography needs & more.

Dishonest company.

Ordered a Nikon P 1000 on November 9,2021 for $975. November 21st they contacted me and stated if I didn't pay them an additional $190 they would cancel my order. The con job over the phone was entertaining. He explained to me in New York, they run their business differently than we do in Washington State so I do not understand the logistics. He also understood I was old and that could contribute to my inability to grasp his noble intentions.

Thank you for having such a nice human on the other end of the phone to answer my questions and be patient with me. I was walked through some upgrade options and I surely wish I could have made that purchase but was reminded I had time to change my mind. I love it! What woman does not like that option! I am anxiously awaiting my new camera. It's been on my 'to-do' list for quite a while.

DO NOT TRUST!

Do not trust them at all. This company WILL scam you. When I tried to call in I was told I was a piece of sh** and many other horrible things. I asked to speak with someone else and the guy refused. Each time I called back, the same guy answered and told me there was nothing I could do, they were taking my money no matter what. Crazy!

Ordered a camera that I could not find new anywhere else and was almost certain I was gonna be shipped a used or open box but to my amazement it was brand new. Even better it arrived 2 days earlier than the estimated time. Thank you I will be returning!

I have to admit, did not know of these guys before but I was referred. I am so grateful, and I do as much as I can to support small quality businesses. I recently bought a projector for our small business. I was very impressed with the quality of service and personal attention to my order. The order was shipped fast, and I've no issues so far.

While I've been very satisfied with B&H for 25+yrs, I do shop around. Both Adorama and Amazon have proved to be worthwhile alternatives.

Well, I went against my typical purchasing habits and ordered a fairly large ticket item "A7rii" from njaccessory.com.

I have to say I was extremely satisfied with the purchase of my Sony A7rii. Communication was excellent as well as the prompt service, highlighted by very competitive pricing.

I ordered a bundle package. Almost $1400, I received 1 lens and a card reader. After 2 months, they mailed a camera and another lens. Out of 13 items in my bundle, I have received 4. Now they will not answer my calls or emails. DO NOT order from NJAccessory
