The customer service is shocking generic unhelpful responses, no item delivered, obvious from tracking it never left your warehouse, holding on to my money since 22/03/23 why am I filling out manual forms to have my case escalated its 2023! No Refund when the item has clearly not been delivered and it's their mistake it wasn't delivered! AVOID

Don't buy from Nintendo
March 10, 2021

I deleted my account mistakenly, thinking it was just my online account. Nintendo did not respond for months and then refused to do anything. They refused a refund even though I sent receipts and wouldn't even give a proper apology. I have lost £100s. I have read other reviews with similar stories, they do not care about their customers and are happy to lose them and hoard their money. Please don't buy from this company. The customer service were quite petty in their response. Many times they had said "we're sorry you feel like this". When I pointed out how long it had taken to respond and that this was not a proper apology they responded "we did apologize". This is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I have attached this below.

Pre-ordered Mario Kart 8 from them last year. I recieved an email a couple of days before to say that it might not arrived on time. I then recieved an email the day before release explaining that it would definitely not arrive on time and was given a digital copy of the game there and then. 2 days later, the day after release, my physical copy arrived in the post.

Nintendo were also doing a deal at the time were if you bought mario kart you got a free game, as I now had 2 copies or mario kart I was able to claim 2 free games, I then sold my physical copy of mario kart on eBay for 5 quid less than I sold it for.

Digital Mario kart 8 a day early + digital monster hunter 3 + digital Mario bros U all for a grand total of £5
