The software is pretty well made and has a great useful function if you want to share your Wordpress content with other social networks. Their support though is horrible. You will get answers with simple questions and issues but anything specific that needs investigation and your emails / tickets will simply go unanswered. Really shameful as I paid for their product.
The developer disappeared and stop responding to tickets, refuses to issue refunds, and is very unpleasant to deal with. After 6 months I still do not have the correct plug in version in my account that I paid for.
I was billed for 2 YEARS and I only used the service for less than a week.
After contacting support, I was linked to an article on their website, but no one was willing to discuss the issue 1 on 1. Had to open a paypal dispute.
Deal with caution!
Please do not buy this guys plugin. Waited for 1 month for help never bother to refund. Reported to dispute. When they lost case, they deleted our all valuable content from our website. Just for $49.99 plugin and accussed us by writing on login page that we are using stolen software on our site. Learn customer service first, if you guys can't help than simply refund money instead of deleting all files from website loosers!
I've always hung back from SNAP in favor of doing my own sharing, but I decided to give the pro version a whirl anyway - the pro version because I wanted to share to my Facebook page AND profile, and also to share to the various Google pages.
Takes a while to set up - especially as you find yourself joining all of the new social networks in the list too, but when its all done, it's the total dogs bollox!
Wonderful plugin with excellent individual set-up instructions for each network.

Developer has abandoned this plugin. Cookie method for Premium API Facebook is seen as spam by facebook and will get your account shut down. (c_usr) & (xs or session) method is considered a hacked account!
Created multiple support tickets with ZERO response.
Plugin has not been updated in months with ZERO sign of life.

Wordpress seems to be working but php api hasnt upgraded for year! There is old non working code. No response from support. Dont use this service!
NextScripts.com do not use this plugin. Their support is horrible. I purchased the plugin last year only to find out it doesn't work the way I intended to use it. I was told I couldn't get a refund. I took it as a loss. I had no idea that they added an automatic renewal subscription to my PayPal account. Their agreement states "Our system will send you 3 emails with the reminder of upcoming payment and instructions how to cancel subscription – 30 days before renewal, 7 days before renewal, and 1 day before renewal." This never happened. I got charged $50 US without my knowledge. When I asked to get a refund they denied it as they have a no refund policy. This is just bad business. I believe they do this to many people and on purpose. I've since then cancelled the PayPal subscription and I'm telling my side of the story for you all to see.
