I have had a few issues with dealing with this company and I pay my bills on time or early. They have a policy that every 6 months they will stop taking auto payments and then you miss a bill. They do not leave me messages at all and every time I try to communicate with them to have the payments just keep processing they cannot change the policy.
Communication is key in this scenario and they do a poor job of it. I would use another company if i could and refinancing loans at a proper rate is difficult and i have great credit. This policy is just the annoying to deal with.
I started using my banks auto pay to keep the payments flowing.

Although paying back loans suck. Yeah hi, I owe 38,000 just for nursing school not including my two other colleges... This company will work with you AS LONG AS YOU COMMUNICATE with them. Don't just ignore the fact that you owe money and stop paying- that's the worst thing you can do. If you're having trouble financially they will work with you. Also, if you miss a payment multiple times it WILL effect for credit.
