I have experienced, freezing of locations where you can't do anything. Support says they are sorry. That doesn't help when you have purchased rubies and tools to play the game only to lose them, and there is nothing you can do. It is frustrating and disappointing to play. It also affects guild winnings. Many members are getting fed up and leaving because of all the issues and no end in sight. This has been going on for a while. At this point I would not recommend Mytona to anyone.
Can I give 0 stars because the owners of this games is such a rip off, money hungry pricks are what they are when you can't even pass a level to help your team without buying or spending money just to pass every level! Then they take money out of your bank account when you didn't even buy anything, worse money hungry owners ever!
Tired of reading the endless 1-star reviews about this greedy company that always puts stuffing their wallets first over their followers. They continue to ignore their fanbase that keeps begging them to balance their games fairly, & instead, continue to try to squeeze out money from them in every way possible. Mytona doesn't care about you or your gaming experience at all, they only care about taking your money.
I have spent hundreds of dollars this year got new tablet could not activate current acct opened chat 3/ hours later no response and no phone support run away from this company
Invoices prove that payment was made and when I informed them that no purchase received, they ignored it
Don't waste your time with this one(Cooking Diary game or any other game from this company). I loved it at first because I've played these type of games before. But then I realized like so many other it is all about the money. You get these popup constantly giving these so called deals which really aren't deals at all just annoying popups. I like so many others have had trouble with videos ads not working and this d@@@ Mytona group don't seem to be in a hurry to fix the ad videos that don't work. And if your stupid enough to give this sorry company money you will lose that TV symbol that gives you 2 rubies for watching ads plus you lose say the ads you can watch in other areas. Such as watching ads to get help quicker from guild mates. You also have to have 40 in-game/ 200 FB strangers in order to get help which you know 1 out of 3 will be a hacker. The upgrades in your kitchen you will need more and more rubies. And those rubies are very hard to get once you advance. Idiot who answers these reviews tell us to contact the company which didn't help 1st time won't help 2nd so don't bother contacting customer service. After 2 times contacting customer service I got tired of hearing it's my fault when it isn't since I'm not the only one with issues in game. Since last upgrade the store to buy upgrades keeps popping up, annoying. Turning off Ad preference is useless doesn't help to see ads. Can't advance in game since 1 lvl I'm stuck on been there for 3 D@@@ days or more. Those side games I can't do because I'm stuck on my latest lvl in restaurant. Don't waste time or money in this D@@@ game you will regret it. I show a picture of a TV ad to watch to get 2 free rubies which I lost now since I gave this company $$ to get the Gold pass, which makes the upgrades I get in game come instantly instead of waiting for hours for it to come.

Answer: Good luck, whatever you contact them for on whatever issues it is always your fault. I removed ad personalization which is supposed to help watch whatever ads are being shown and worked once to watch ads then stops working. Either way it's my fault when I know it isn't.
Answer: It is a form of gambling. Unfortunately, my experiences with Mytona have not been good ones. They are always pushing to purchase rubies. When I first joined it was fun, great graphics, and enjoyable to play. Now. It has become frustrating, disappointed in the number of bugs they have in the game. Instead of making their members happy and giving a good size of rubies, they continue to say sorry or nothing at all when you contact them. Being a guild member it is impossible to try and win as the game freezes and takes the tools you used that you paid for with rubies. Just offers to buy more. The company has gotten money-hungry rather than customer-based. Very sad as many users are talking about leaving the game.
