I ordered a package of replacement nozzles for $29.99 plus $9.99 shipping and got FIVE nozzles. I needed at least 20. These will be returned this afternoon and I'll deal with my credit card company. The website is TOTALLY NOT CLEAR on the number of nozzles -- not to mention $9.99 for a package that cost less than $5 to ship.
I needed to replace some of the line for my misting system after 8 years! I was able to find it easily on miscolling.com where I had made my original purchase. I places the order and within 2 days it was here! Everything is back up and working like a charm! Thanks so much for making it easy.

Mist cooling is great. My order was processed very quickly. However I have not yet received my order because UPS is just terrible. So bad that if this is the only shipping option available I may hesitate buying from them again.
AVOID. Absolutely terrible quality products and terrible quality customer service. Bought 12 replacement misting nozzles from this company and hand tightened them on the fans and three of them snapped off, nine were fine. Would not replace or refund me for the three at all. Instead blamed me for them snapping off. Mind you I bought an entire system from them, a complete initial set of nozzles, a second set for larger flow and then some replacements. Been a customer for years. No longer. All over three faulty nozzles probable costing them no more than $5 to replace but they cost me over $15 with shipping. Rude guy named Christian was the person in charge of customer service. AVOID MISTCOOLING.

I have installed two 1500 PSI systems and continue to add features. The products are excellent, the website is great to order from and the shipping is fast. Tried the new.004 nozzles and these are amazing especially at dusk when a area can get a little damp with.006 nozzles.
This is my second system from mistcooling. I bought the 1 gpm oil system and I could not be happier. First system was too small for my deck and will be moved to a gazebo. It is so much nicer to walk outside at 100 degrees and the deck is 75 to 80. Big hit with the family. It increased my living space in the summer months to include our deck and we spend a ton more time out there. Buy mistcooling and your getting the best product and support available!
We were able to cool our pool 12° in two nights. We ran the pool like normal during the day then ran the pool with these at night. I was amazed. 94° to 82°. My wife said it was to cold and got out. Lol. It's been 100°-102° air temp all week. I run two at a time and have the third as a back up.

WORST COMPANY EVER. They do stand behind their products. One of their products malfunctioned and broke and a stream of high pressure water flooded my condo and the next door condo and caused THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE. They said they were not responsible. Also they had the nerve to charge me $20 for an 8' piece of 1/4 tubing after I asked for it free. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Buyer beware of this company
