What an absolute joke of a company. I've downloaded and played both Carrom Disc Pool and 8 Ball Pool, and both games are littered with pay-to-win, hackers & bots rigged to give you false hope of a winning streak just to pair you against somebody triple the level of you who wins in just 2 turns. Customer support is just some $#*!ty AI that spams FAQ links, and the "forgotten password" page is broken. Not to mention that they automatically delete any backlash on their reddit pages, AND take away coins from people's accounts for no reason whatsoever, no matter if you paid for them or not. They also say they're based in Switzerland, but there's a 99% chance this is a lie and they just rent random offices in India. Absolute fraud of a company, I'm ashamed I even gave them a cent of my money.

Out of the blue, everything I worked so hard for over the YEARS was deleted, and they ignore my efforts to fix the problems! I have never purchased anything from this rip off scum bag company, but have managed to build up so much personal perks that I carry with me as I play the games…9 ball.
Perhaps they see that I have built something special for myself without purchasing anything from them, despite the constant effort on their part to try to get me to purchase coins etc by slapping their coin packages in my face in a very rude way. Warning…the coin packages appear on the screen very quickly as you are playing and this rude and sneaky activity is a complete distraction for a player! The game is addictive and if you don't buy their coins they will eventually shut you down and remove all of the things that you worked so hard for! They remind me of the current democrats in office…cheaters and scam artists that are part of The Swamp! Management needs a cowboy boot right in the $#*!! There are other games out there. This one sucks.

This used to be a really fun pool game. Cheaters have taken over and nothing is done! I have lost well over 100 million to cheaters. Absolutely impossible to win consistently! Complain all you want, "the powers that be", will do nothing! They're

Don't send me invitations asking me to play games! All you Mthr. Fkrs. Do is F*** people out of ANY kind of actual skills they may have. Cheats, obvious shot manipulation, $#*! rewards, It's Really obvious that if you don't pay to play, you don't have a chance to play very long! This is a great game! But, the people who run this game $#*!ing Suck! NO Tech. Support! Complaints aren't EVER fixed! What the $#*! people! Anyone giving good review is a fkn lier! Or an Employee of the game!

The game designers and owners appear not to care in the slightest that there is no rules of fair play in this game and that the parameters are different (either hacking or some other issue that Miniclip could not care less about too) for so many players that it makes the game pointless. Then add the teaming problem, which is never addressed or mentioned in any game rules (because the game rules conveniently for miniclip do not exist). In all this does not teach children and teenagers any decent values and that cheating is the way to win or win at all costs rather than a test of skill between two players or equal teams.
The owners are vile. Anyone that complains get's short shrift or manipulative responses. One day a class action will force them to change or shut down.

Is the best pool game out there but if you are not ready to loose your money, do not pay a penny because they will target you to take your tokens to force you to buy more. Amd if you win a lot without buying tokens, they will use a lot of take accounts from VPN scrambled locations to just reap you off and take away all your winnings and is frustrating because no one will respond to you. I stop paying a long time ago and only play for free. They hate me for that but i just got tired of loosing my money.

Very disappointing

IT IS FULL OF CHEATERS who use EXPLOITS OR MODS to steal your coins. They just steal your coins and Miniclip support doesn't do anything about it or about them.

Game used to be pure and honest, one traditional cue for everybody. Then these swiss cheese heads got greedy and corrupted the game making it a joke with rigged free spins and games. I saved up 200 free spins and 90 % were 250 coins or less with the spin with the most coins being 500. They use algorithms to fix games and cause impossible scratch shots. There should be a class action lawsuit for thise that pay to play these rigged games.

If I could give zero stars I would. Miniclip have allowed their 8 Ball Pool game to become riddled with cheats, hackers and illegal mods. They continue to do nothing about it, refuse to compensate honest players for in game losses and ignore the multiple reports players make against these illegal players. They are either unable or unwilling to fix the problem.

Don't even aim for a shot, no cue action - just a computer beating you with no chance whatsoever.

Miniclip I believe bought by an Indian company from original Portuguese company. Last week one of the boys who stole the game was even called 'Miniclip' - cheating f***ers.

I had 11 mill when I started right and guess what you guys cheated me out of every penny. I said you would do that and exactly what you did. I don't think any game can be as ridiculously unfair and I know I amazing on rea life this game makes me feel I have no skill. But like I said last review that you didn't see you guys win that's it enjoy the money you made off me I'm done this is it I couldn't be more upset and sad about this whole experience so I'll just leave it at that hopefully y'all satisfied I would hate for another person to feel how I feel after playing the is game

4 out of 5 games are rigged.Opponent makes impossible shots and pots ball then goes on to win.Never used to be like this.I emailed the company but just got a stock reply saying they take cheating seriously but half the time its the company them selves

I just noticed for a fact (this is not the first time) that when the 3rd round was loaded and I was on the 1st place, ahead 1 point from 2nd player, suddenly 2nd player (most likely bot) has the same amount of points, so we tie and of course I lose of course?

This is not the first time I see this crap, what is that? Greed? I would still buy bonus items as the gameplay is awesome, why are you scamming people?

Don't waste your money, your time, your life on Miniclip. 8 Ball Pool was great, now it sucks. Cheaters/hackers steal games and coins, Miniclip does nothing.

I've played Miniclip 8 Ball Pool for years; the games are awesome, with realistic true-life mechanics and very fun play. But it's now overrun with cheaters and hackers, stealing games and coins. The company Miniclip is ignoring it, seems they profit from hacks selling coins.

This seemed to start about the time the company changed management, and moved almost all its games away from the web platform to mobile apps. Never saw a cheater before that. Now, cheaters are rampant, both on the web platform and in the mobile app. SO FRUSTRATING! I've diligently reported over 100 cheaters on only the highest table, hard to do cuz one has to write down a lot before one loses the game and they disappear. I've lost over 2.5 billion coins in the process. It's just getting worse. Cheaters appear more often, on more tables.

Miniclip, pull your head out and fix the thing. Players, don't waste your time and money.

There are many bugs in the 8 ball pool app one of then is if you accidentally select the wrong game you can't back out. I lost 1 million coins on 3 occasions and contacted customer support to ask for a refund of only 1 million coins. Here is their response.

Thank you for your message and I'm really sorry that happened.

I know that sometimes players press the wrong table or button, starting a match that they don't really want to play, because it's a high bid table, for example.

Unfortunately, there is no way to refund this kind of coin loss. When you initiate a match, the system registers you as searching for an opponent. If you click the "back button" but the data isn't processed quickly enough and an opponent is found, you will be placed within a game.

Nevertheless, I will send your feedback to the team, we are always looking into new ways to improve our system.

Also, keep in mind that the system does not select matches for the player, automatically. We advise caution and suggest you try to scroll between tables by dragging the empty spaces between the table selectors instead of touching and dragging the selectors themselves, in order to avoid unintended matches.
