My brother is a Marine Veteran & wanted some decals for his trucks, so I ordered 2 of them through this site on February 3rd.Today is March 2nd & my brother still has not received them. I have sent 3 emails to ask about the progress, & not a single response back. I have tried to track the package as the tracking # they gave me says: Pre-Shipment Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item BARNEGAT, NJ ******* February 8,2023, 5:53 pm.
They made sure they took their payment out the day I ordered it... I am extremely unhappy with this whole experience. As a veteran myself, this site should be ashamed to call itself Military Republic.

Ordered a watch and the wrong watch came in. I tried reaching out to get it corrected but no response from them. I've sent emails, phone calls and left voice mails. No response. Tried giving them a review on their site about the watch, but they have to "approve" the reviews before they get submitted. Makes sense cause all their rating on the site reflects great reviews even though almost none of the reviews matched my experience or quality of product.

Still waiting over a month, l always have to contact M. R. Unable to track order-sent me to the Philippines one time! Give me my money back or fill order.

I ordered a leather jacket with a NAVY patch on the back.
Paid over $200.00 for it.
Took a long time to recieve.
I realized I ordered a size too big, so I e-mailed them several times, but never got a response.
I sent ANOTHER e-mail saying that I expected more from them and was ready to write a NOT SO GOOD REVIEW.
They did e-mail me back finally, and said they would send a different size, but a restocking g fee, and a service fee would be charged to me.
I payed it, over $40.00.
I recieved the replacement jacket, but it clearly had flaws.
The snaps on the sleeves were bent and crushed.
Now I'm waiting for a reply back from them.
I just want a FULL refund.
I'd like the extra $40 some dollars back too, just for MY trouble.
Initially I was so excited to give the jacket as a gift, but that fell through.
Don't think I will ever order from them again.

Ordered a US Navy Genuine Leather Jacket (thought a medium) received a large to big. Have been calling and emailing with no response for a week. Don't know how to return it for a smaller size. My dad loves the jacket. It also *******@5-6 weeks for delivery. Very disappointed with the service.

I ordered a couple of flags. They gave me no updates on fulfilling that order for weeks. I waited more weeks. I asked them for tracking information and they said they'd give it to me the next day. Two weeks later, still nothing. I cancelled my order and got my flags in two days from another more reputable site. Then... they ship the flags anyway and I'm instructed to send them back if I don't want them. I did. They kept my money! Shop elsewhere!

I wish to change my review somewhat of military republic, I haven't ordered from them, and won't order again, since they screwed up a order I submitted, and then took forever to receive, I thought things would be alot better than they ended up being, I don't remember how long it took to finally receive my order, but it was a ridiculously long time, that and the way things were handled were the things that brought me to my decision to never order from them again, I could write more, but this review is good for now
