Our story begins in 2012 when we set out to change the restaurant industry by bringing smart solutions to help solve the problem of individualized marketing. We launched our business with our grand and seemingly impossible vision to build out a complete solution to provide full analytics of every restaurant guest across the industry. Our goal was to use Business Intelligence to learn the guest’s behavior and effectively market to them.
Today, knowing that the restaurant industry lags in adaptation and innovation of technology, primarily due to companies such as Aloha / NCR blocking innovations, we believe that those who fail to adopt technology will soon be replaced with those who embrace and master the adaptation. Today our vision remains the same. We partner with brands who understand the importance of technology to improve guest satisfaction, increase revenue and improve operational efficiency through Automation, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
We are taking a completely different approach than NCR, by which, we provide a full API to our clients and partners at no cost, to enable them to innovate beyond the walls envisioned by Milagro.
