I purchased Primal 9 application by Ross Edgley which was on Men's Health website. Paid £50 for this application and it's for lifetime subscription. It's not working at the moment and when I contacted Hearst they don't even care to help and asking me to find myself. Ross Edgley doesn't even reply my emails, Instagram and Twitter. It's just a scam group who doesn't even care about customers. Just wasted the money for nothing!
My bank card was hacked and an order placed to menshealth for over 100.00. I called the company and told them what happened. She said there was nothing she could do. The order was still in pre authorization when I called, they could have stopped the order but didn't. Matter of fact, by the time I got to the bank, they had took the money. They took the money KNOWING it was stolen. It's being investigated now, hopefully these people will get in trouble. Probably won't so be careful dealing with these people cause they just want to sell their junk and don't care if it's stolen, even if they know it!
We tried this just last month and only have good things to say about the products! He has lost weight he's feeling healthier and he has motivated me into buying my own things we are happy and full of life lately I definitely reccomend in trying these out!

I am giving this a two star review because of the membership requirement now. I have been a long time online reader but now that my viewing is limited, i will not be a reader anymore.
In 2021 I was getting 2 of Men's health the same magazine every month I continue to call but it continue to send me 2 per month. I go by my middle name which I put on the subscription card, but my debit card has my first name so that is what mens health went on. I called and the rep I spoke to I thought had it figured out and even said I would have it till April 2023. Well today 04/29/2022 at 04:30am I was charged $35.00 which I had no idea what this was for. I called and told them I didn't authorized any money taken out of my account and I don't want anything why am I being charged. Well it was the account with my first name on it which I thought had been taken care at least a year ago. The rep told me she would put the money back into my account. Later I looked and money had been put back but it was only $34.67 and the. 33 cents wasn't that big of a deal but I wanted to know why I was being charged. 33 cents The rep told me because I just now complained and I was charged on 04/25/2022 and I had access to the website and June copy which went out 3 days ago. I told her I was charged on 4:30am this morning she said well you had access to the website which no one had ever told me I was going to get charged for that even though I never never used it. I think this is terrible business and I want to cancel everything with my first and middle name too just send me my money for the next year. I'm done with this magazine. Please do this as soon as possible I have been a customer for some time but I guess loyalty doesn't matter.
