I ordered a dress from the store. I was a bit skeptical at first because I don't usually order things online. But to my pleadant surprise, the dress came in 2 weeks and its so cute. The customer service is really customer focused. Great communication. I will definately order again.
I purchased this skirt over two months ago and week after week was promised it was being made and sent to me. They promised me it would be sent in feb after it didn't make it in Jan. Feb came and is almost gone and I'm told they can't make it. This is before the corona virus announcement and now they are using it as an excuse. Still waiting on my refund. Do not purchase from this bogus company.

Our designers and dressmakers cannot ship to the United States. You ordered the skirt in January before news of the virus was widespread. We even told you that we tried every means to find a go around in order to fulfill the order with no success. The Coronavirus is a worldwide crisis and is affecting hundreds of businesses, especially those with suppliers in Asia. Most people would appreciate the fact that a store is looking out for the safety of their customers and not out for mere profit. Si we are quite perplexed with your review. You were given a full refund and the full situation was explained to you in great detail. This crisis is on the news so there is no reason to lie. We wish you much success on your upcoming wedding. Again we are very sorry we could not fulfill the order; however, your health and that of your family is more important to us. We hope that other customers reading your review and our response will understand the difficulty we, as well as other online businesses are facing.
This is hands down an amazing stroller. The quality is incredible especially at the price point you get it at. Shipping is a bit lengthy but the seller will keep you updated throughout the process. Overall, it's a great buy!

We bought this not having any idea the car seat is not standard US and won't fit into a standard US car seat mount. The vendor is also not allowing returns. Who doesn't allow returns in this day and age?! They need to make this right. Be careful with this company. We plan on contacting the BBB to lodge a complaint.
I'm not sure why you've given us a low review since you were informed about the delay in shipment due to the holiday season. A rush was placed on your order and it was shipped expeditiously. A representative spoke to you and told you that this is the busy season and that shipments are taking longer than usual to arrive. You requested express shipping and was told that the aim of our store is to provide quality products at low prices and express shipping would cost just as much as the stroller. You were advised, before processing your order, that we can refund your money so that you can get a stroller from another site or store. You agreeded to go ahead with the order, knowing that shipment would take between 4 to 6 weeks. If our store has been knowingling neglectful in any other way our sincerest apologies. However, you were informed before ordering about the delay in shipment due to the holiday season. We appreciate your business and appreciate any constructive feedback you can provide so that we can improve our service to our customers.
We were told the stroller would be delivered in 2 weeks it's now 2 months my daughter is born I had to get a stroller from from a different vendor, this company should not sell in the US or promise product that they can deliver on, the sad part is they won't refund the money until I receive the item whenever that will be, and it's my responsibility to pay to ship it to them.

While we try our best to deliver our products in a timely manner, during the holiday season there are delays. Your shipment was among a batch of shipment, others were also affected, that got in the holiday bottle neck which resulted in delay. We are extremely sorry. I know we failed in our promise to you of a 2 to 3 work week delivery and I know our promise of a refund or store discounts cannot make up for this frustration. Words can't express how heart breaking this is for us. The main aim of this store was to provide quality products to our clients at unstressful prices. We've had to rethink how we handle our logistics during holiday season moving forward. We will make every effort to correct this problem.
It's been over 2 weeks with no sign of a delivery date and no update from this company. I should at least have an email with an estimated delivery date.
