My girlfriend absolutely loved it, she cried and was so excited to receive a personalized gift. A friend and my sister wound up ordering one for each of their significant others after seeing what I was doing. They each had an excellent experience as well. As far as shipping, they under promise and over deliver. The book arrived a full week before their estimated date. I highly recommend this company!
