The service is bad no way of contact it was delivered 2 days after valentine and delivered at a completely wrong address really disappointing never ordering again at this site
From the moment I ordered it, Momenterie team has always been available and have always kept me updated on the various steps leading up to delivery! The product is in excellent condition and arrived very quickly!
Even tho I ordered it the 10th of December and they experienced delay in the orders, the delivery was fast enough to receive it a week before Christmas (in Brittany, France).
Product is of quality, carefully delivered flat so no marks on it. The team was reactive to update me about the status of my order. Overall good experience, I think my grandpa will appreciate this reminder of his childhood home.
