I have been back and forth with this company for a year. They originally charged me $350 to get a trademark on my business name and logo. They sent me a fraudulent certificate with the USPTO stamp and directors signature. Nothing has been submitted to the USPTO and I can't get ahold of Steve, Chris or David. This is after they charged my card illegally prior to this encounter and I thought we had a solution that was in both of our favors. Guess not.
